While out quail hunting this last weekend I found an area that was loaded with purple prickly pear. I have seen it in other place most of which is higher than 4000 feet. My question is why is it that there is this purple prickly pear and if it is its own line?

When I first saw yours I thought wow 2nd nice buck in a few months then I saw your dads. Wow you need to bring me to this spot.

Where does it say that Amanda shot her deer on private land? From my reading I see that she shot it on state trust land. So from what I can see is that New2Coues you need to get a life and quit trying to start fights. Oh by the way welcome to the site A$$ HOLE.

I do not think they were wrong to shoot the deer. They found the buck before the other hunters did and made an ethical shot and tagged a dandy of a buck. They had every right to shoot that deer regardless of what those guys up the hill thought.

Ok that exlains why I saw the purple prickly pear at lower elevations this past weekend since it was dry down there. When up north thought would that mean that they are stressed from the cold and that is why they turn purple?

What a buck. Very symmetrical with good tines and mass. That is the defenition of a coues there. It will be very tought to beat that but I am sure he is up for the challenge.

Now that is shed hunting man. Able to locate both broken tines is quite an accomplishment. Also nice shed.

Man I still have not seen a Coueswhitetail sticker yet. Does anybody on this forum live in Scottsdale?

I agree with Shiras. Pitbulls are only raised to fight it seems like. They are a danger to society and should be rid of. I love dogs but ones that fight and attack people should be exterminated.

I call them carp because they are alot bigger than whitetail and carp are big fish I mean they get up over 40 pounds and also not to offend anybody but also they are not as smart as the coues. I mean it is still a very majestic animal but in my own opinion nowhere near that of a coues.

I must agree binos backpacks and guns are a little more important than a computer.
