I have had it explained like this......you can't be charged for a service not rendered. To get around that they would have to issue everyone a tag and then validate those who draw. I have no idea if there is any truth to this. I never cared enough to try to find out.

Except for one hind quarter which my bro in law packed I packed a bull out solo in unit 23 near Gordon Canyon. The east side of the canyon I shot him out of had nearly 2 feet of snow drifts. I only had a half mile to pack to a road but it seemed it was all uphill. Took me a couple of hours the afternoon I shot him and the next morning. Never again

I don't know much but want to give kudos to Linda from the Yuma office. I originally talked to her when I first started trying to update credit cards and couldn't. she called me this morning to see how things were going. She took my wife's info and got it done.

I wonder if all that whining, pissing and moaning is the reason they are allowing credit card updates. They read these forums.

Went in to update my wife's credit card and G&F has no record of her having applied or paid the fees. It was after 5 so when I called their IT department it was closed. I have receipts and bank documentation . Her portal kept saying that she had not applied. When I called about that a couple of weeks ago I was told not to worry, that all was well. What a cluster! She has no chance of being drawn. Pisses me off.

My wife’s says did not apply and they are not joking. I made 2 phone calls over the last 2-3 weeks. Not to worry they said. BS!!

So I never did get my wife’s credit card updated. Do you still lose your loyalty point?

She told me the draw had been completed and they had moved onto the next step and that there was no way I was going to update a card. I really wanted to keep from losing bonus points since I figured it was a lost cause trying to do anything else. She wasn’t too interested in helping me.

I had to deal with super bitch. She gave me the commissioners email addresses if I wanted to do something about it.

OK. I called the Yuma office, they took the order number and information and said they would get back with me. They also told me the draw was in process so I don’t know how that’s going to work but it’s better than what it was

So I can’t get hold of the IT department, their voicemail box is full and they’re not accepting any more, my wife called the bank and they said since she had activated that card Wednesday the old card is void and they could do nothing about it. Don’t know what else to try.

My problem is not with the bank it’s with Game And Fish. When I go in to update her credit card there’s no record of her having applied. I get some kind of notice that information submitted is not on record. In other words she doesn’t exist. As I have said before I have Game And Fish receipts and bank statements saying that she does exist.

I have receipts and bank statements showing the charges.

Cause the bank updated her card yesterday and I work and don’t get home until around 5. I didn’t think about it until today
