Nothing new,just tryin some hot callin...the armalite still drills..

Just want some feedback before I drop the coin..great things heard but want to hear personal experience?

I was even thinking the 5000 price tag was high!! They originally stated around 3200...big jump??? The video is cool,hardly any recoil and very accurate...

I wasn't paying attention to the date- There is one in the White Mtns June 22nd and 23rd....Should be a blast,just got the flyer...I think they are entering all shooters in a drawing for an elk hunt on the reservation!!

Desert Bowhunters are putting it on and its about a mile south of Clint's Well turn onto Jones Crossing Road which is Forest Rd 141..this is all off the 87 north of Payson...supposed to be chilly at night,but nice all day...going on Fri,Sat,Sun...Hope we get a good turn out...

Cowman- I stand corrected...you are absolutely right...I like the Primos or whatever is on the shelf at Cabelas or Bass Pro..thats what I meant..

Decided to scout for javelina and throughout my adventure decided to call a little bit...called in 5 dogs only bagged these 2...great day out though and had great weather...the .308 Rock River did its job..cant wait to get a scope on it!!

Like I said,wasnt trying to start anything,the electronics work too...I still love the Tallyho its one of my favorites besides the Carver...I need to get a new Tallyho...thanks for reminding me of that great call...Good Luck and be safe out there...

Not to ruffle feather but PRDATR,my buddy and I did an experiment...he had very expensive electronic callers,FoxPro,and others...thousands of dollars in callers,anyway- he sold them all because we kept track of how many we killed with hand calls versus electronic...hand calls were almost 7-1 ratio more kills.....I have been a hand caller forever...not saying its not a bad idea to have an electronic call,just the proof has been in my experience that the versatility of open/closed reeds cant be duplicated by something that everyone downloads the same sounds to...Now the guys that use e-calls dont beat me up too bad..they have their place and yes they work..out here when the pressure gets to them they are tougher with those calls..just my observation...

Yep,used the government caller and the catnip...I forgot my Carver so I had to make do,haha.....

Actually I dropped it in its tracks with an 80 lbs PSE Omen Pro and Gravedigger Broadhead at 30 yards ..and Redman,yes that was me......thanks again everyone...its been a great start to my year...
