Got a mossberg 500 pump camo that came with a 20" barrel and a xx full accu choke ported choke .670 " constriction I know I need to pattern it but i'm looking for all you yote and bobcat shot gunners out there to help me out on what shot size to start with and differnt chokes to try and factory ammo i know it's a short barrel but it handles really quick and its lightweight for packing around. Im tired of to many close calls thanks?

Take a look at kifaru packs they make hunting packs and military packs I believe their site is kifaru international Ireally like mine it's a "zulu" they have a system called a gun bearer for attaching your rifle to in my opinion dont skimp on a cheap pack they hurt your back and shoulders sort of like wearing cheap hunting boots not good ! If your going to invest in a pack do it right instead of 2 or 3 times and spend even more money also kifaru packs offer what they call suspension packages depending on what you want for comfort a buddy of mine has used his in Alaska " Brooks range" last August and said it made all the difference they also have a lot of neat stuff to offer backpackers and for the military check them out

not going after yotes thats for my 22-250 but for long shots at coues, muleys, and elk. It seems like this is a place to start as a this rifle has a lot of features already built into it add to it a top dollar scope like a leupold, night force, or huskema just to name a few. I hand load and already have 300 win mag dies and other components but thanks for the reply roninflag if you could drop your friend an e-mail giving me some info I would be in much apreciation for input before ploping down hard earned cash for something thats not that good thanks

Does anybody have info on this rifle good / bad ? how about the savage adjustable muzzle brake does it work or just a bunch of bull im leaning towards 300 win mag as my choice of caliber thanks !

You made an awesome shot that not many have the balls to take . a friend of mine got a 401 inch in unit 10 friday ! kudos to you man i'm still trying to get my first bull with a bow and I have had some real tuff luck in az. as well as n.mexico ! but i'm gonna keep trying.
