12's kinda bridge the gap if you want only one set of binos I think. I use 10's for general glassing and 15's to pick things apart. 12's let you do a bit of both. Hard decision ... but if you are concerned about weight and what you carry it makes it easier. I don't consider that as much 'cause I'm STOOPID!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
What is your definition of "more carry friendly"?
-
You just nailed it! :-) Yeah ... what he said. All of those animals effect fawn survival. And one reason why lions do kill as many deer as they do is that coyotes steal their kills. I'd argue that taking out a couple of dogs does more for fawn survival than taking out a lion ... could be wrong there, but I don't think I am from what I have read and heard.

The move to legalize Marijuana is backed by none other than George Soros ... one of Obama's biggest backers. His goal is to create a culture of sloth and stupidity in America. -

It's mostly Maui Wowwie, but there a little Labrador in there!!!!!!!!!! -
There is an idea ... a PAY IT FORWARD forum in the same area. Rule would be to ONLY POST if you are CLAIMING and post what you are putting up.
-
That would certainly keep things from going unclaimed and piling up. I think originally it was supposed to be that the next guy in line took the last item and posted the new, but then there were other posts getting made between which made it gunked up a bit.

Every time I hear about Unit 10 I hear about controversy and too much private land. I have 16 points this year ... I'm looking at other units ... 1, 3a/3c, 23, 27 are some I'm considering.
-
Fantastic buck. Glad to see there are still some toads in that unit. Congrats.

Great buck. What a Christmas Present that was!!!

A lot of times when I sign in a get the message "Not Authorized" ... which I find strange. Other than that I have no real issues.

I missed one. Strangely the one on the wording for the Second Amendment. Shame on me. -
Opinions on Phil Roberston suspension from A&E

I don't really give a hoot about the show Duck Dynasty. Never watched it. But I do care that another Conservative person speaking their mind isn't getting equal treatment in the media. Liberal pukes. Was it Martin Bashir that said someone should do something vile to Sarah Palin, then was allowed to "resign" rather than be canned? This guys says something far less offensive (or not offensive at all in my opinion) and gets suspended for it. And the Liberal Talking Heads jump on like ants. Like I give a rats A## what those pieces of crap Charlie Sheen or Jessie Jackson have to say. They should go straighten their own pitiful lives out and quit worrying about other people. -
Jessie Jackson is a hypocrite. He gets away with being an Anti-Semite and then goes out and criticizes others for things they say that might be considered "insensitive" in a similar way. Total BS. Maybe the CONSERVATIVE few in the media should dredge up the old tapes of him calling New York "Himey Town" ........

Thought they might be ... just wasn't sure.

Great buck. Especially for a first buck.

I just saw this after doing a search for one of my own posts. Wished I had seen it sooner. Thanks for the Plug Casey. It's not my studio, but I do teach under Master David Rivas in both Mesa and Queen Creek. The system taught is Combat Hapkido, which is a system designed to allow smaller practitioners to effectively protect themselves against larger adversaries. We work on hand to hand, hand to knife, hand to gun, knife to knife, ground fighting, pressure points and other techniques. We'd love to get the opportunity to get to show this system to as many people as possible. You can YOUTUBE Combat Hapkido, Grandmaster John Pellegrini, Master David Rivas, or Master Mark Gridley and get some good video examples. You can also go to www.masterdavidrivas.com to get a schedule and location of classes in Arizona. I have a great respect for all Martial Arts, but few I have encountered deal with the REAL LIFE situations as effectively as this one, as many are geared more toward Sport than actual Defense of Life and Limb. Just to qualify what I am saying ... I don't make a dime from teaching under Master Rivas, so I am not promoting this for personal gain. I am promoting it because I know that it works. Huntress ... I sent you a PM with some specifics. Love to see you in a class to show you what the system can teach you.

Man ... I'd sure replace that trigger group with a Timney ... I don't care how many people say there is nothing wrong with Remington Triggers, I've heard this story too many times, and it only takes once to ruin a life. I've been harping on my buddy who's a Remington nut to do it to his rifles, and I think I now have him convinced.
-
Not to jump the post Kenny, but what rifle with the safety issue???

Good God that buck is tall!!! Beautiful.
