There are no statutes listed in the regs that I or apparently anyone else can find. It has to be written to be law. Where else would restrictions on calibers for hunting be listed if not in the hunting regulations? It actually does say "This list is for informational purposes only and lists important information or major changes that have occurred since publication of the last hunt draw booklet. Individuals should thoroughly read and understand the appropriate regulations prior to submitting an application or going afield. Which I found and took to mean the regs are your basics laid out but read regulations for each appropriate species. After each Legal Requirement it lists the statute to refer to. Unless I am not reading it right?

Seems odd that a competitor looked in the livewell for unknown reasons and found a fish. Sounds fishy? Be a good way to thin out competition. And woudnt you at lest have a secret spot to hide the fish if you tried it? Just saying it sounds odd.

That statement wouldn't apply to a department that enforces the laws of the state. The law is very clear! If you want to go a step further the definition of burglary can be stretched way out of proportion. Are you stating this with experience from a law enforcement perspective? I think that condoning this publicly puts a bad face on us (sportsmen) and cant beleive that we would post we think this is the right way to handle it. And trying to put a $ amount on what morals will be enforced is weak. Apparently there are many factors here that we, or at least I, never realized. I am grateful for the thread to learn the correct process and situations it might be locked. But being in law enforcement you certainly arent saying if it its not enforced it ok, are you?

That is all you need. Cleator area is a solid place to start, and sign is better. I still have the hardest time glassing those buggers. Remember they arent going to be moving as much as a deer and they actually look like bushes!
