I dont remember tolerance in the Bible. Sodom and Gomorrah ("gay" cities) didnt get much tolerance from God. It's not hate or fear it's doing what we know is right according to the scripture and not bowing down to pressure from man to accept. I think you missed a lot of footnotes or are using a modified book. God is love, he is not tolerant, humility is good, acceptance (I assume of deviant behaviors like homosexuality) not so much. You arent following the bible, you are like so many that want a feel good live and let live religion that let's you do whatever you want. Let's see how that works out for you.

Unfortunately "Due Process" is just like the rest of our government, subject to manipulation for political gain. It's not the norm that this would happen so ask why it did.
