Hey I've got another hunting buddy now. My wife gave birth to another little boy on saturday the seventh in Tucson. He is 6#10 ounces, 19 1/2 # long . He is now my third and last hunting buddy to raise. She did an awesom job, I Love her for all she has done for me.

Take beer cans or soda cans and cut little fins into them and place them on dowel rods around the garden. When the wind blows it will spin the cans.

I've got one on my bow and love it . I set it up and never had any trouble with it.

Az4life, I hope your wife gets to feeling better. It's depressing when your spouse is having troubles and they can't put a finger on the cause. Hope she gets well soon.

Did you shoot that at Picacho peak. They say elk live there. I don't believe that they have a draw for that unit.

I once read that the last grizzly in Az. was shot in Yuma back in 1914 at the river crossing. I think I read this in The wildlife views from the g&f .

It's hard putting things off till tomorrow, because if you don't do it now it seems like they grow twice as fast before you end up doing what ever. My oldest boy is just right around the corner from being able to hunt on his own.

Thats the kind of story I like to hear. I hope the one responsible for that has a good year with the draws and the hunt.

Looks like someone should have bought the dude shooting the bow a range finder. It would have been well worth the cost.

I've been drawn a number of times on my 5th choice. Once I was 4 tags from the end.

.270 is a good choice for all, a .338 is still not big enough for elk if you don't have a good shot.

Just do like they do put a 5 gallon gas can on the roof with bungie cords and give er heck.

CHD, you need to sttay away fromarea 51, or the nuclear waste dump. Those fish are really pretty cool. I have to say a few of them look prehistoric, and a few of them would get shot for coming on board the fishing boat.
