Pretty cool I've never seen wild ones that small it is amazing they survive with yotes and cats out there. Nice pics.

Fished it this past tuesday and for the majority of the boats the numbers and size took a nose dive. Top water is what we caught ours on and that was over fifty foot of water. Good luck let us know how ya do. I'll be back down there on tuesday.

play the age card your memory is gone but you still love her the same as the first 32 years

We took 1st place thanks to Ted's Kicker. These tourneys are more fun and competition than money.

Fished the tuesday night tourney last night and had a blast with the top water and t-rig bite. Little hot till the sun started dropping over the mountains then it was a beautiful evening. 20+ fish with the highlight being a largemouth crashing through a spook about 3' in the air. No pics this time.

Don't know what to tell ya Jeremy except that I found a feeder and camera not 200 yards from one of my stands last week. I have never seen anyone in there except one picture of a guy last year. I still don't know if I will hunt there or not. Let us know what you decide and what happens.

Looks like Gino is nominated to run the barbecue and man the ice chest

Wife and kids wanted me to hunt 34A and take them with me but there is no way I am taking them down there. It is a bad thing when a US citizen does not feel safe taking their family somewhere in the United States due to fear of violence from illegal drug traffickers of another country. It is sad that family and friends have fought for other countries rights but our rights and safety are fading back here at home.

Decided to take my daughter to Roosevelt this morning for some father-daughter time and do some fishing. We landed 14 bass with 3 being overs and the biggest being a smallie just under 18". If any one is looking to get their kids or wife on some bass texas rigging a senco is one of the easiest ways to get going. Cast it let it fall and cast it again. Maybe get some sight fishing in too.

they stepped it up tonight

I have 2 gorillas that are looking like they might be getting tired from the sun and holding this fat guy up in a tree. Does anyone know where I can get some replacements?
-
It is pretty bad but the water clarity is really good allowing for some awesome sight fishing if they don't disappear behind the moss.

I was able to get this jake yesterday afternoon when he and his buddy came running to the decoys. This happened within a 100 yrds of where I had missed a gobbler the week before that my hunting partner Tim had called in for me. He has twin 3" beards.

We have heard Goobles in the fall but nothing like in the spring more of a shock gobble. Like others have said in the fall your best bet is to split them up and either set up in between when they are talking to each other or call after you bust them up. Years ago I was delivering a load of lumber to young and saw a huge flock of turkeys( in the winter). I hit the air horn and about 6 toms couldn't take it and let out a gobble at the same time it was pretty cool to see and hear.
