nice job on the fish got to love the drop shot in summer. What was the deepest water you caught them in?

I have only shot 1 deer out of a tree stand so I don't have alot of experience out of stands. I hit him high behind the shoulder and thought it was a bad shot but with the angle it exited real low on the opposite side turning out to be a good shot with the deer running about 80 yrds before collapsing.

Talking with a buddy tonight about his points and I thought he should have a loyalty point for elk since he has put in for 3 consecutive years. Is it 3 or 4 year? I can't find it in the regs.

Check out Primos Sonic Dome diaphraphs they are smaller than most and sound great plus you can mimic just about any elk sound. Used one last year and it stop the bull I had just shot that was in full stride allowing for a follow up shot. Great calls.

I have owned a few boats over the years and the one I own now will be the last one. It is a Ranger Bass Boat and I love it. The one thing I have learned in buying a boat is take notice of the seller if he takes care of the boat(garage kept, maintained regular and used regular) it will probably be a good buy. The other thing is having a good mechanic that you trust. A couple hundred bucks a year is worth it for no troubles on the water and keeping your rig running its best (60+ mph)
