I have been calling for years and bought a foxpro not long ago and was wondering what your take is which call to start with? I usually call for about 30 minutes a set. all my calling has been with mouth calls. Model of call is the FX3 foxpro.

Yes they feed all day. I have watched them come into water at 8:00 am to 2:30 pm and the following day watch the same deer come in at late afternoon till dark. Go figure

I use two different brands and find both to be very good, on my Tikka lite 7mm I have 4.5x14X40 bonne and crocket Luepold and I have3X12X42 BDC Monarch Nikon on a custom .270 WSM and both work very well at the yardage that you are talking. I would say either would work great, but with that said you need to look at all the brands out there because I think there is others out there just as good for less money?

This is a CZ side by side 12 ga. like new. Single trigger, choke tubes and case harden and a great looking shot gun. The wood has great grain and has been shot about 2 boxes.
