Any tag is basically a good tag - it's the effort that is put into the hunt, that will decide how good of a tag it turns out to be for the hunter.

I still remember a job at a clothing import store - early 70's - $2.00 hr they had a big shipment come in - new styles - 10k order - we worked late to get it shipped right after unloading and transporting to store from the airport -- so the order could get out ASAP the next morning we got a 10 cent an hr raise for our services !- lol

yep they get a super tag like - early rifle - any unit - the guy waited upteen yrs to draw- 20 pts . - he can not go - so turn it in no questions asked no big dilemma for g&f - give it to the next guy in line or auction it off to the highest bidder - doors wide open guys with this crap they say is good for the few people that had legitimate excuses for not being able to hunt and complained about the unfair system CASH COW

sorry yeah I know - looks like FFL needed if you are having someone pick it up for you - they may have changed stuff a little . I'm thinkin last yr it took an ffl license to bid - I may be wrong - or read it wrong- could still be reading it wrong - lol but they do have a few guns ever so often - sometimes some sleepers are you asking what an FFL is ?

what happened with the pistol ? is it dead in the water or what ?

I've shot Remington 150 gr, corelokt with 100% success with 165 gr as alternative for over 35 yrs. I believe they have some premium /express out now. as far as punching paper - only as accurate as the optics you use. try a few brands your rifle might have a sweet tooth for something!-lol lots to choose from these days !
