One yr. guy let us use his barn- just make sure we knew the difference from an elk and one his horses - lol

Mine isn't so much bad neighbors, as it's neighborhood going bad. No pride in how yard or house appears. Kids walking streets . Hear some of conversations, yelling that would make an old construction worker shake his head. From the fowl mouth of babes. Streetss use to be clear of cars now parked everywhere and driveways and yards look like parking lots. Time to go!

Those people whom "regularly" seem lucky at banquets, are usually spending 5 to 10 times what an average Joe can spend. I try to pick one a yr. Once I pay the 75 for meal it leaves me about 125 for raffles. That doesn't go far. Sure luck is fun but checkin 200 tickets instead of 20 makes it more fun for some. Lots of people drop 1 to 2 k at these banquets. Lots of people get write offs too. Guys who can spend 190k for one tag is going to change his thinking and devalue the system as it is. Adding more tags will screw things up. Bidding wars is what gets the big bucks due to very limited tags. More tags is going to mean more chances at cheaper tags. It's all about $$$!. They want more opportunities to harvest Az trophy animals. PERIOD. Backdooring arizona hunters is nothing new to this bunch. Reading the fine print always shows their true colors. Telling you what you want to hear but not following thru. Call it what you like it's stealing opportunities from joe hunter.

The average Joe is going to lose the opportunity to harvest a trophy animal if a raffle tag holder gets first chance . They're not talking about a single animal or species. It normally takes 6 to 7 yrs just to draw an archery elk tag. Taking even a single opportunity away is stealing as far as i'm concerned.

I like the less than 1% .0099 is less than 1% but doubles those .005 figures in the number of tags. they've proved that "TAGS" are their only interest. they're not auction tags -- they are raffle -- what a bunch of crap. same results they get tags to sell-- same results - they're better opportunities for the guys with the cash to hunt premium hunts. screw joe hunter with 8 10 bonus -points waiting for premium elk tag - or guys with 20- antelope bonus points that have never been drawn and may not or 25-30 big horn sheep points - I got lots of cash so i'll just buy a tag and go every year in Arizona-- Just like they do in other states. they don't want to fight this same battle over and over so lets make sure its PERMANENT--- TOTAL B.S. G&F needs to see thru this crap and nix this now and forever. so A guy " buys "-wins several ELK raffle TAGS--toss in and antelope --maybe a coues - heck I only spent 10k on raffle chances per species -- I didn't have to drop 150k on one tag like last yr - we are still talking governors tags premium hunts anywhere in the state. They say its not about TAGS but still their only suggestion is tags to help fund the education AND THE FIGHT BUT SHRUG OFF ANY ALTERNATIVES THAT Make SENSE AND WOULDN'T BE TRYING TO CHANGE G&F REGULATIONS AND STATE LEGISLATION TO SUIT THEIR NEEDS AND THEIR TAG STEALING AGENDA!!! They will NEVER stop trying to get the TAGS TAGS TAGS . They are still pissed their big ideas and slick tricks were stopped last time-- we are idiots-fools they' don't want better ideas-- They WANT TAGS ! Like I stated in the other thread --- nothing said is gonna change their agenda!!
