    SOLD_DELETE

early edition 10x42 el's. date of manuf is 2002 so it's not latest/greatest glass-box indicates swarobright. glasses well used but i'd say very good condition. i'll furnish pics by text if needed. no blemishes on glass, only blemish on body is paint worn off of swarovski logo/ badging. comes with outdoorsman's stud, winged eyecups and original box, softcase and paperwork. located in east mesa- face to face, cash only-no trades considered. pm me and we'll get started. i can meet pretty much halfway to wherever. i couldn't find any comps to set a price (probably due to age) so i had to start somewhere. feel free to make an offer-i won't be insulted. worst i can do is say "no thanks" and i'll just keep them. they are still swarovski quality and backed by excellent customer service

    No Respect!

but isn't that part of the cocooning travel management plan? gotta keep people right next to a road so they're subject to getting roosted/dusted,nevermind having to worry about kids/pets getting hit by drivers. you try to follow the rules and that's what you ge!

    Carb on quad needs help

something else to try. try running it with your fuel cap off. i've had similar symptoms with a gravity fed system-the little rubber hose on top of the cap (tank vent) was kinked. after the fuel in the bowl was burned,it couldn't be refilled as quickly as it was burned because of the kink.

    Unit 1 camping areas

congrats on the tag-one of the better ones to have! lots of good areas to hunt/camp, both north and south of 260. only thing i might add,and i may get flamed: Please don't be one of those people who go and stake out THEIR SPOT by leaving a trailer parked all summer. it's no different than claiming a water hole as "yours".i know first hand that it's a pain in the butt moving those things and looking for a good location. a lot of us like to use the forest throughout the year, tho- try to follow forest service rules, within reason.(2 wks-ish,give or take) anyway, excellent tag-you can't go wrong anywhere you choose. get after em! pm me w/ any questions

Yeah, they're running out of people to play! Pitching has been ok-hitting has been a no-show. Watching the strikes, swinging at bad balls and trying to hit everything out of the park.

    Shoulder/Chest Holster

Maybe do a search for galco or jackass leather from many years ago. I use it for a ruler RedHawk 7 1/2 barrel and a s&w model 57. 8 3/8 bbl. this thing is easily 30 yrs old so it might be hard to find info. Carries pretty well tho

    Tactic advice

Sidehill/crosswind is what I would probably try if I was going to spot/stalk. Those junipers make a good hiding spot for the deer but they block out a whole lot of his field of view also. Good luck and post pics/story in jan.

sounds like you've got the area figured out, wind etc. you didn't indicate wether you were trying to go uphill at him-that's REALLY hard! if the winds are somewhat predictable, crosswind is every bit as good as downwind. next time you go for him, try to memorize some really good landmarks- look all around the area and try to visualize how they'll look from a different angle so you can pick them up again. then go get him-most importantly, be patient and TRUST yourself. if he seems securely bedded, he'll still be there-BE PATIENT AND GLASS HARD- especially inside 100 yds! as soon as you let your guard down,he'll pop up from the same spot- i've made that mistake too many times, after a few hours of stalking/sitting. +1 to what becker and kwp said

    Amandas dog Julie

i'm really sad to hear this. goldens and labs are the best-there's never a bad day in their world and it trickles down to us if we let it. i can't imagine your pain or the circumstances-you gave her a great life and in time that will be your lasting memory.

agreed-i wish it was available when i bought. also ind rear sups- i think that's the way the rubicon (maybe rincon?) is set up now

+1 on all the honda comments. i have an '05 foreman 4x4 manual shift, carb. i've never had to deal with re-jetting. i've put on a lot of mile from the desert to 9,000 ft with no starting/running issues. i think they started the fuel inj on the foreman in '06. the 475 cc on the foreman is probably more than you'll ever need-i can reach 55mph (indicated) down here pretty easily. 45 at altitude, about 100 miles per tank

    Closing the gap???? Archery

i'm in the minimal calling camp- i don't want them looking for me. keeping the wind in your favor is always priority #1,whether it's in your face, quartering or cross. stay mobile and move aggressively to the sounds. be aware but don't worry too much about the noise you make-elk roll rocks and snap twigs all the time. you can get away with more than you think. no matter what, junipers can be real hard to hunt because windows and lanes are opening and closing with every step, but it's the same from the elk's point of view. good luck and just have fun!
