I have some available work. it involves trimming palms and one mesquite. easy weed whacking. the trees are easily accessable. Mesquite is big and branches are going over street. If you have a boom very easy and quick. PM if interested.

Some good Coues or Mule areas for semi-handicapped...
Crowbait replied to dpr64's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
there is a very good population of MD back in the ABC areas. Terrain is much easier that 33 but here's the deal. Not a lot of good bucks. A lot of MD in the Buenos Aries. Easy walking, Easy glassing. Like catching blue gill. -
Will be in 36A/B with SCI helping out. Could be a sloppy mess but if the help is needed, it will be given. Hopefully we can get some animals down and mucho smiles. Keep dry if you can

Anyone want to camp together in 35A for December Hunt?
Crowbait replied to Big Browns's topic in Rifle hunting for Coues Deer
watch for Bears. Brother had the October hunt and saw quite a few. One wrecked the camp next to him. Only drank their beer and Gatorade after ripping cooler open. Didn't touch the water. I think that is the coolest bear ever. -
If the rut is going, it is like any other species trying to get some. Lots of dumb thoughts. Pick a high spot, start glassing and hold on.

There should be a good turn out. Gabe and SCI Prez Bobby do a good job. Gabe burn't the cobbler last year. He can redeem himself this year. I for one cannot get there until Friday afternoon. Curious on everyone working around Turkey day. Bobby is having Thanksgiving there. I cannot wait for the hunt. Hope weather holds up

Another theroy for the increased in Tags is to compensate the loss of revenue down south. AS we see plenty of left over tags for the 36 units. Increasing tags else where takes care of that. G and F are fiscally motivated. There are good people who work for the G and F but politics play a big role.

Bobby started this here company. www.arizonacrawfishco.com Give it a gander,he is an awsome cook

Casey's is the way to go. If the animal is the least bit rank and not taken care of he won't accept it. Clean shop. If you need a gun shop in Flag go see Eric at Ruffs. He can also give you directions to caseys.

Can't any dudes kill a deer with a bow?
Crowbait replied to bobbyo's topic in Bowhunting for Coues Deer
Apparently 18 yds is too far. Right Bob? -
Chapter one. Pre hunt "Jitters" My buddy and I were able to pull this tag. The incredible part is that on a seperate application my wife pulled the tag as well. My hunting partner and I have been hunting 33 for about 5 years now and have discovered multiple good areas and lots of deer. We have yet to domino on a big one but have gotten close. So we are extrememly excited. My wife is happy but has no idea what tag she has. I have been hunting for years. 30+. the pressure felt about not wanting to screw up this tag is high. I am excited but nervous. It has been years since I felt this. I can't explain it but it is too cool. I have a few other buddy's who plan on helping with glassing. The problem their is they are out of shape so I don't think they will actually keep up with us. Too bad. I know others who know the area well and we all have a round about area or a deer incommen that we want to kill. It will be interesting to see after the frist 3 hunts who comes forth on wanting to go chase deer they have found. Most of my entourage is cool but I do respect their privicay. Also, if I find a deer I may not want them to follow as well. Crowbaits wifey better start getting in condition as well. I have an elk hunt in September and wife has Elk hunt in October. Once my elk hunt is over, let the scouting begin.
