the carter quickie is not a backtension release, but even to shoot a regular release you have to squeeze your back muscles and have a surprise shot that is why the backtension release is great for practice.

also there is a great vietnamese restaurant next to my work, is called the slanted rice in the hilton village in scottsdale, and for chinese i like jade palace on shea and 92nd street.

carter releases are the best, quickie and the attraction are the ones i have and they are great.
