HOLY CRAP!!! Dude that's awesome!! The only problem is that you had to soil such a great trophy room with a danged muley.... JUST KIDDING! It all looks awesome man!

My friend Bret Prentice of Game Trail Taxidermy did just an awesome mount on my archery bull. He used a sweet piece of alligator juniper for the base. Pictures can not do the mount justice but I tried taking the best I could to show it off. Thanks again Bret!

Ya that bull on the video I took was sick! Wish I could've killed it myself but couldn't pass the bull I did kill on the 3rd day of the hunt. It went 350" and was finally my 1st bull and I wasn't gonna pass it. In fact I bought an elk mount off someone from this site and Bret swapped out the antlers from my 1st bull onto that mount. Boy is my wife gonna be surprised to see 2 elk in the house when she gets back from CO next week. Hahahaha! Here's my 1st bull

HAHAHAHAHA!!!! My kids were watching some Disney show.

Thanks everyone! Seldom Drawn, it grosses 394 5/8", as is, officially. If it matched the big side it would've been in the 430+ range.

Coolest set I have ever found! And the biggest single

Man those are great!!! Congrats! -
3rd Annual Antlerfest date is Saturday May 18th. This year it's only one day so mark it on your planner/calendar. It won't fall on Mother's Day like it did last year, which messed up some people's plans. So we're hoping you all can make it. Bring your best sheds to share with other antler crazed people! Location is again at Alan and Shelly Ellsworth's house in Linden/Show Low. Hope to see you there!
-
From Show Low go west on Hwy 260 and go a half mile past mm 335 then turn right on Pearce Lane and go to the end of the road. From Heber go half mile east of mm 334 and turn left on Pearce Lane and go to the end of the road.
-
You just go to the end of the road and you're there, about a half mile from the highway. Pretty simple. Put in 1116 Pearce Lane on your map program on your phone. If you get on Pearce Ln and can't find it then you should go back to 3rd grade. Just kidding! But really, it's not complicated in the slightest.

Dang man that's great!!

Those 3 different sets were 150, 65 and 70 yards apart. And over the past 20+ years of shed hunting I've NEVER found matches to singles I've found. A couple of them have been 1/2mi apart too. My biggest shed I ever found, 176 6/8" found back in 1998, I just found the match to last year almost a mile away!! How stupid is that!?!!? The one from '98 was before the digital age so I'll have to look for those pics on print but here's the one from last year.

That's great!

Great pics everyone!! I love this topic too... My favorite pics of shed antlers is just as they lay... Here's some of my favorites One of my favorite pics of my friend Gail and a set he found soon as we left the truck one morning. His smile says it all...

I took my son Isaac out with me on Saturday to round up a bunch of sheds I'd glassed up last November while scouting for a rifle elk hunt. I found a total of 10 and packed out 9. Here's some ATL shots for you guys. Got down to the next antler and soon after Isaac spots one in the distance.... Here's the pack out, 69 1/2lbs of horns.
-
Dude I hope so! That way he can pack them all out his-dang-self! Hahaha!!

My friend Gail is selling his optics and I told him that I'd list the pictures here for him. The pics speak for themselves as you all know that Swarovski optics are awesome! I cleaned the lenses before I took the pics and if you notice anything on the glass it's just lint. If you were to buy a pair brand new right now you'd be looking at $1900 for them from Cabelas, plus the Swarovski adapter ($138.00) plus a couple hundred in tax you'd be out the door for a little over $2240.00. Gail is asking $1750.00 OBO for them. (Sorry, for those of you that saw these earlier priced at $1650.00, it was my fault. I had that price in my head even though Gail had told me the price listed above is what he was asking for them) Everything in the picture is what it comes with. The binoculars are equipped with winged eyecups but also have the adjustable stock eyepieces if you'd rather use those. If you are one who would carry the binos in your backpack then the carrying case it comes with works perfect to protect it from abuse and dirt. Anyway, call Gail Herrick for any questions as he does not do the computer thing or reply to texts. 928-300-6189
