I drove the road from I-17 to the Mormon Lk Hwy this morning and it wasn't to bad after all. A couple bad spots but not to bad actually. Anywho, thats for anyone that still cares.

BJ coulda beat Jens in the first 2 min of the first round if he wanted to. His conditioning was awesome and Jens flat out got his ace BEAT BAD!!! I truly feel like BJ just wanted to pound him, slap him around and humiliate him. His corner seemed to have given him the word during the second round to end it and he choked the life out of that cocky punk Jens. Of course had I been in the ring with Jens I woulda been in the fetal position sucking on my thumb crying for my Mommy. BJ KICKS ACE!!!!! Can't wait for the PPV fights coming up soon either!

I drive it every other week and I hate it!! Once you hit the dirt going north where it makes that first bend to the right, HOLY BAWLS does that suck!!! That corner will rattle your teeth out! If you're not pulling a trailer I'd definitely cut across there but it would shorten the life of a trailer for sure if you abuse it on that sum-bitch.

I've had my cameras messed with on two occasions. Once I did have it locked to a tree and the second time bungeed. Call me crazy but I just stick with the bungees now and NEVER EVER put it in saddles (where all animals and humans walk) and on water. I've got a friend that put a 50lb bag of water softner salt and put his camera over it. He got some decent pics but with the obviousness of the giant pile of white salt laying there, his camera eventually got stolen. We've all got lessons learned in one way or another. Some of us chose to learn from them or just keep on keepin on........... -
Nice to see that drop-tined elk is still around!!!

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!

Heck man I wish you had a chance to do just that but I didn't find out there was even a shoot happening till this past Sat which is pretty much to late to get a chance at thier business. Maybe next time. I should be able to shoot from around 8ish till 4:30 on that Saturday so if that works..... LETS DO IT!!!!!!!
-
For those of you who don't know, there is a shoot at Mormon Lake June 8th-10th. I know it's not the BHH but it should be fun and I plan on going. Anything's better than roasting and swatting at cedar gnats here in Camp Verde. Maybe I'll see some of you up there............

Jamaro I TOTALLY agree with you!! This has been an AMAZING season for upsets and just like you said, "Anything can happen in MMA" and that is the mutha lovin truth! Just look at Cro Cop, they bring him into the UFC right out of Pride and he does what he did there, kick em' in the head and knock em' flat. Then all the sudden this dude he fights comes out of nowhere with a big ol giant-butt kick to the gord and knocked him nearly freakin unconcious!!!! That's what makes this sport so flippin fun to watch. heck, I'm gonna go watch some re-runs!!!!!!!! I'm out!!

Was very nice talking with you Christian and nice to finally meet you too. Stan and Travis may have told you but you missed one heck of a UFC fight that night. To bad you missed it. Glen Jones, one of the guys that put the shoot on, told me yesterday that they had just over 600 registered shooters. He said normally it's somewhere around 400. I was surprised because of the BHH shoot on the same weekend over at Sunrise. Either says a lot about the shoot or that there are more and more archers out there now.

I didn't think you were second guessing me Phil, it was just a quick guess looking at the pictures. One of these days I'll put a tape on them. I think it's got an uppper 90's frame on it then add the droppers.
-
This is a really cool set.............. Not sure on score. I'd guess 105-110 gross
-
Saw your article in the new AZOD mag tonight, pretty cool man! Congrats!
-
Like I said Phil I was just guessing. I looked at so many new antlers that day that they all kinda ran together after a while. It sure is a sweet set though!
-
One of these days I'll sit down and try to figure it out. Problem on these kinds of antlers is that you have to discern what is the main beam and kinda go from there. These sheds are my friend Alan's house. They are not for sale and not really on public display but he's not against anyone seeing them. That's why I take pics of them and share them with all y'all.

This thing is a complete freak of nature. WOW!!!
-
Casey, just like the other 3 posts, it's from the Fort Apache Rez buddy. I would LOVE to shoot a deer like that! That kinda antler growth drives me NUTS! I love that stuff!
-
Just to clear up any confusion I did not find these or any sheds I just posted tonight. They're all off the Fort Apache Rez. Terry, not sure what bull you're talking about but no I haven't even been out there to look. I've got a 19A archery bull tag and that's where all my effort is gonna be at if I ever get some time to get out and look around a little.
-
Check out this crazy dude! It's two separate antlers sharing the same pedicle. Gotta love that!
-
Dang dooooooood! That's way nice! Carefull where you sit/stand/deficate/urinate/glass in your area there. Word on the street is there could be someone watching............................

Spotted a CW.COM sticker yesterday
GRONG posted a topic in Miscellaneous Items related to Coues Deer
I was driving past Lake Mary yesterday evening and saw a white truck with an elk antler sticker in the lower left corner of the rear window and the cw.com sticker across the center. Doug was that you? Josh -
Awesome Tyson! Did you happen to see anyone on your hill again? HA!!!!!!!!!
