Finally found some time from school and work to hit the hills last saturday with a good buddy. We went into a new area and ended up doing pretty good.

Great set! No luck on the turkeys?

Its not a brown its white but a hard white.

Went out with a buddy yesterday and after a couple hours finally had some luck and picked up this decent coues shed. It was my first pickup of the year and an exciting way to kick it off.

While me and my dad were up on the Kaibab my mom and step-dad were up in Montana chasin big muley's. They asked me to post their pictures. I'm not sure on the details but I do know they had a great time.

Great animals, we didn't run into any buffalo but we did happen upon a nice bull elk and some cows. Of course we didn't buy a tag but it was still neat seeing them.

Great looking deer. Congrats to the hunters. Gotta love them cactus bucks.

Headed up the first weekend but only saw forked horns and does. I was only able to hunt the weekend due to college. I was able to head back the second weekend and harvest this buck. Also is a picture of my dads buck he harvested the same day. It was great to get to spend time with him.

Very awesome finds!
-
I think it was shed like that because it was still touching the ground and you could see where a branch caught it and it has grown that way for years.

While at work today my boss was hikin a line over from me and found this three point shed with grown into the tree. It must have been very old because it had leikin growing on it and it supposed to take many years for it to start growing on stuff! Just thought I'd post this awesome find today. And the other picture is of a little snake we found eating a horny toad! work_pics.zip
