This is a slippery slope. Hunter against hunter, both legally partaking in a beloved activity. The divide and conquer tactic is an age old favorite of the anti's.

Where did you get these numbers? Currently Rosemont Copper has double that amount employed in the Tucson area and the mine has not even begun. Mines of this size take hundreds, if not thousands of people to operate. There has been so much misinformation about this project, I am just wondering what the basis of your comment is.

I started my daughter on a .243 at about 8 years old. At age 10 she was drawn for elk and I had her try a few shots from her mom's .308. She has not let go of the .308 since. She has taked deer pig and elk with it. By shooting the .243 for a couple years she took to the .308 without a problem.

TJ, I am not the one to answer your post since Garrett and I went glassing this morning and just returned with some quail and dove. You asked if you have a real problem...yes you do. It is a problem that many of us share. Hunting is not what you do, it is who you are. It's not a disease, it is just the way you are made. Changing it is as impossible as changing your height, eye color, or skin color. Peg knows this is true also. I had better wrap this up and get a few honey do's done to try and keep Chrystie happy...some friends are coming over in a few hours and we are going out hunting....I have not told her yet.
