I'm interested in a rangefinder pouch, if my RF will fit. Do you get into Mesa much? I'm in E. Mesa and can meet half way.

I got an archery pig tag.
  7. In 2023, I had an archery elk tag, which my brother from IN joined me. We had a great time, but the rut was very lackluster. While riding the sxs back to camp, my brother wrote this "article" regarding the poor rut, in Paul Harvey fashion. Elk Times Article Stand by for Mews On 15 September 2023, Elk Hunting Season kicked off as it has year after year as far back as anyone can remember. Hunters had anticipated this event all year and couldn’t wait to get started. What they didn’t know was... the rest of the story. In August there was an Annual Meeting between the Board of Bulls and the Council of Cow. President of the Board of Bulls Benjamin Bullwinkle made the following statement. "Every year we go through this ridiculous mating season which creates lots of fighting amongst our whole community. It seems as though we are stuck in a rut of some sort. Now, this may rub some of you the wrong way, others may get a chuckle but I am going to propose the following solution. I propose that Cows be divided equally amongst all Bulls that register prior to the Fall Equinox. This will eliminate the need for all the bugling, showing off, etc. There has been a Spike in noise complaints lately, so this should help. Ladies, you don’t always have to have the hunkiest Bull. Guys, you don’t have to have the hottest cows. I think we can all agree that this solution is best for our community." After this, a vote was taken and the proposal passed by a majority. Grunts, barks, glunking, and chuckling filled the room as they departed. Now you know, the rest of the story.

    WTS? Christiansen Arms Rifles

I've been very happy with mine. I have 1000 rounds through it and still shooting 1/2 moa with handloads. I did use the AW2 reamer on it to fix the "clicker" issue. If I bought another new rifle, I would probably go a different route. Although, I read about quality issues with several other brands.

    Re decking a utility trailer

Would bed liner work? Probably be pricey. I'm thinking you would want dry lumber, which you can't find anymore at HD, Lowes... unless it's pressure treated. I'll have to do my trailer soon.

  18. My wife is making these home decor pieces from natural items we pick up in the Arizona desert/mountains. They are an awesome conversation piece and unique to AZ. They are made with cholla or saguaro cactus skeleton, Ponderosa or Pinion pinecones (cut and painted to resemble flowers), Juniper berries, Locust seeds, acorns, bird feathers, local unique stones, etc... Wreaths are decorated with same materials. Also, bearded Gnomes made from pinecone, seated on a base made from Devil's Claw. Just added: Crosses, made from saguaro spine, with decorative cross attached. They would make a great gift for out of state family, or anyone that loves AZ natural beauty. Some have hooks on the back for hanging, which will be noted above the picture along with the length. Prices are in image description. Located near Val Vista & Southern in Mesa. Willing to ship if necessary. Accepting cash, Venmo or Zelle. Can do special orders. Please reply here or IM with inquiries and feedback. Thank you. Antelope 19A Archery Hunt looking for a decoy

My 72 yo buddy drew archery antelope last year in 4b. He made a decoy from 1/4" plywood. I teased him about it...but ended up carrying it for him, for miles. We had a blast. We were stalking bucks every day. Primarily this guy (pic). The first time we had an opportunity to deploy the "decoy", that buck left his 4 does and came running on a string, from 375 yrds, up the hill we were on. It surprised us when he appeared 80 yards away. My buddy couldn't get on him quick enough...and a bit out of his range. That buck wasn't fooled again after that.
