It's a great rf. It figures in temp, barometric pressure, angle, and your balistics into the shoot to distance. I paid $525 for mine and thought I got a good deal...but $400...jump on it.

Very nice! That's what I'm looking for this year.

What are your opinions and experience with this? I am going to drop Direct TV. I am doing the free trial with Youtube TV now. I will need a way to watch some hunting shows and wondering if My Outdoor TV is worth the $10 per month. I am mainly interested in Western Hunter, Eastmans, Meateater, Jim Shotky and some shooting shows. Thanks for your input/advice.

I'm wondering if the streaming services will periodically raise rates as it becomes more popular, and cable/sat becomes less popular. I see Youtube TV recently went from $35 to $40. The internet providers will probably do the same, as it becomes more necessary. Eventually the bill will equal what cable is now. May have to go back to radio for entertainment.

I've been playing with the Youtube TV free trial all week. I really like it. Watching the D-backs and recording a couple network shows on the unlimited DVR. I'll be dropping Direct TV.

Youtube TV looks great. It is $40 a month now.

I love that tripod. I bought one last year. Very stable for the weight/price. I don't pack it far, but doable. I have a compact slik for that. I can stand up and glass with plenty of more adjustment.

SOLD***Outdoorsmans Frame With Muley Fanny Pack***SOLD
Viper replied to 2LuckyHunters's topic in Classified Ads
Would you sell fanny pack only? How much? Thanks -
Selling my slide in, truck bed atv rack. This is not a bolt together kit. It is welded square tube steel with expanded metal deck and tie-down loops. All joints are welded. It is completely powder coated. Ramps fold in half and slide/lock under each quad. This is for a full size truck. It is designed to fit a 6' 6'' bed, with the tailgate closed, but will fit a shorter bed with tailgate down/off, or a 8' bed with room for a cross-bed tool box up front. Works well for hauling your toys and pulling a camp trailer. Also serves as a flat bed for hauling large items. This has sat for a while and the sun-exposed powder coating is starting to fade in spots, allowing slight surface rust. Some light sanding and a shot of paint will take care of it. Dimensions are added in last two pics. $800 OBRO

Thats a great price! I paid $1200 for mine used, and it was worth it.

I don't think I've ever seen the Kodiak on sale. I lucked out and found mine in Cabelas bargain cave... $150 off. Sportsmans Mesa has a new model on display.

Coues deer video, " my wife 1st 100 inch buck"

Good stuff! -
I drew 4B archery early bull. I had this hunt about 6 years ago. It was a blast.

I have the same dilemma. There is no perfect solution. Funny how folks buy a side x side, then close in the cab, add heat...like a jeep. Folks have jeeps and take off the top, take off the doors...like a side x side.
-
It could be used for a side x side, however, there is a 20" gap between the deck sections, where the tires set. Look at the first dimensions diagram (top down view) above. You would have to park it to one side or the other. Might cause the truck to lean a bit. It can easily be modified. For running two quads, the gaps are handy because you can load full size coolers/gear under the rack and easily access it. You're welcome to take a look at it.

I've never measured a velvet buck. Does velvet add to the mass, or is it a non-factor?

Holy smokes! He grew a bunch in 2 weeks. 112"......oh, I was drawn for elk...can I still play?

I raised my stock pack with foam pipe insulation...the grey tube stuff. It is easy to shape with scissors. I wrap it/stock with the camo cling tape and put the pack over the top.

Great video! I felt like I was there with you.
