I'm new to this site, but looking forward to the info, stories and participation.
A recent thread suggested "Denmarks" as a place for meat processing, particularly for breakfast sausage, etc. However, I can't locate them via a Google search or the yellow pages. I'd like to have some sausage made from my Coues buck, and I'm looking to try them out.
Can anyone provide a phone number & address for Denmarks, or any other game meat processor in the Valley they'd recommend aside from Four Peaks or Southwest? I've got no beef (sorry pun intended) against Four Peaks or Southwest, just looking to try something new.
