SOLD Doctor Optic Nobilem 15x60 binos with the tripod adapter and plate. These binos have been used, but are in good condition; no scratches on the glass. Always kept in a padded case, and taken care of... These binos are a great less expensive option for someone who does not want to drop a couple grand on binos. I will take $600 for the binos with the adapter/ plate, and the Docter leather case. As always open to trades for??? Pm offers. Anyone having problems with Garmin Rhino gps/radios? I have the 530 and the 520 and both are acting up..... I keep getting a black screen on the map and one turns off every time the other radio trys to call it. Any ideas would be hepful... I am really trying to like these things, but so far they are a pain in the @$$.. They mess up about as much as they work. I still have 4 vhf kenwoods that work everytime. I am about ready to get rid of these Rhinos and go back to the radios, and a gps. In the morning I am going to contact Garmin and see what they say... Any info would be helpful. Whitey

Cabelas had some pretty good (mid level) sights on the clearence rack, and marked 1/2 price off that price. All said and done you would be into a brand new 5 pin sight for like $20 I don't think you could best that price... Good luck whitey

Terry, are you going to keep any of them? I bet you you could get them to trail! One of the best coon/ bear dogs I ever had was 1/2 short hair. Good luck. Whitey

Full legth or neck sizing???
lionhunter replied to lionhunter's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
Game Hauler, I think sometimes we (I) ask questions that I already know the answers to. I have two 300 wsm's, and I am getting good results with all mentioned. I think the fact that a full length resize will definately cycle/chamber in all rifles all the time is worth the extra ware and tare on the brass. Thanks again for the info.... Whitey -
I am a bit confused about the battle over full-length resizing, and neck only resizing. I have worked up loads in 300 wsm and 300 win mag. I have full legth sized both, and they both shoot good.( 1" or so) Here is my question..... The Nosler book says to full legth size for hunting, and the Hornady book says to neck size only to ensure that the brass last longer..... So what has your experience taught you... Full legth or neck only. What are the advantages to both? Thanks in advance.. Whitey

Full legth or neck sizing???
lionhunter replied to lionhunter's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
Thanks for the info. I have been having pretty good luck with both rifles full length resizing. So, I think I will contunue doing that. I just dropped them both off to have Timney triggers installed and set to 21/2 pounds. That should not hurt any either... Thanks for the info. Whitey -

I have recently re-entered the world of reloading, and have been having a good time of it. I have reloaded all my "big guns" and now it is time to reload the 6mm Remington. I have around 300 rounds of spent cases all ready to go. Here is my question: I use to load an 80 GR. core-lock, and my gun liked it alot. I used it to take a ton of coyotes and one coues deer. It worked well. Now, with all the new bullets and a push to shoot a larger bullet with a higher B/C I am trying to decide if I should go with the 80 gr. I know shoots well, or step up to a 95-100 grain bullet????? OK, what do you think? Any input is welcomed. Whitey

Thanks for all the imput. After looking at all the charts/ info I went for the 95GR. SST. Thanks again for all the insight. Whitey
