I've got a bunch of family sitting on 10-11 pts and are trying to hold out for a "premier" unit and all they do is keep raising tag numbers in those premier units and dropping them over in little old 4b. I'm glad everyone thinks it sucks.

That's not totally true. Private land issues make some of those goats unkillable. Very true. I probably should have phrased that a little different. I was meaning more along the lines of the weapon then the land ownership but you are correct on that.

What about 19a muzzy? Guaranteed he'd get it. With muzzleloader technology these days there isn't a goat in the unit you couldn't kill with a little patience and some range time.

1.3% multiply that times 4 for your points is 5.2% and then since you listed it for all three choices you get to cube it so it goes to 140.6%. You should draw for sure unless my calculations are off.

I found a guzzler in 4b one time that was plumb full of them. Maybe that's common?

In the good units yes, I just can't figure out which unit would take more for late archery then late rifle. I know that a unit 1 or 23 late archery tag will take 6-8 points but the late rifle tags take a few more typically.

Not sure that there's a unit that has tougher draw odds for late archery then late rifle. Honestly if I were you I'd just say what units and hunts they are and someone can crunch the numbers for you and see if you'll get your late rifle with 2nd chance in bonus pass. You won't get any of those tags 3rd choice so don't worry about it.

If you go back to the older threads when the kaibabs and razor hd 12x50's came out they were compared alongside Swaros over and over. Mostly they came out slightly behind in people's eyes. Not sure if the coatings break down or if people just let they hype sway their opinions, but you won't find anyone ranking either of those two glasses alongside awards anymore. They are "seeing the light" in just what you said, they are a mid level bino that stands slightly above the other mid levels not because of reliability or glass but because of a good warranty. Nothing wrong with vortex if it's in your price range. I even have a pair for bang around binos and am reasonably happy with them.
