Put me third in line!

Yeah, Python Lock and a couple of lag bolts, he'd need a good quality bolt cutter to get it off, finger's crossed he doesn't come back with one.

This gentleman (who I was easily able to read his license plate) decided he needed to help me out by attempting to cover my cam after he realized he couldn't get it off the tree. Fortunately a nice cow elk came by a couple hours later and undid his work for me!!! His dirtbag hands must've had something tasty on them! HIm driving up, good thing he's teaching his kids to mess with other people's stuff! He did a good job of keeping his face off the candid camera! The branch was a nice try, but it still didn't really affect the picture quality!

Yeah, there's a road going in and out of there, there were 4 different rigs on my cam in a week, everyone was respectful but this guy! One was a jeep that had more lights on it then a spaceship! In the middle of the night too, musta been out spotlighting I guess.

I've put out a number of salts for my sept archery hunt this year. I've gotten tons of pics, just using crushed rock salt with deer cocaine liquid, a little black magic powder and whatever else is on sale. I have one site in particular where they ate 40 pounds of salt in 2 months! It was literally all gone last time I checked it so I had to replenish it. Anyhow, I have 3 real nice bulls for my unit hitting it very regularly, regular enough to where if the season opened tomorrow I could kill one of the three the first night. Some of them aren't coming in that frequently, in fact a majority of them are only swinging by every week or so. I realize when the velvet falls they move off from their bachelor groups, and move to their rutting areas, so I know some of the bulls won't be around the same area by the time my hunt opens. My question is, will they continue to hit the salt that frequently into september or does that die off when they are done growing their antlers and it cools off outside. I'm assuming the reason they need so much salt this time of year is from the antler growth and the fact that they are sweating off their electrolytes due to the heat. Also, anyone ever use oats? I put some oats, corn, and salt out at one, the salt seemed to be the prefered, but the elk really seemed to like the oats covered in molasses. The turkeys ate all the corn, and the elk didn't seem to care about it that much.

Well I kinda dropped the ball on this, been meaning to take my AZ hunter safety course, so today I finally sat down and took the online portion and went to schedule a field day. Well the only one that works with my schedule is this coming sunday (17th), after that they fall on elk hunt wkds, a trip out of state etc. Does anyone happen to know a way to contact them to enroll late in the game? Thought about just showing up on sunday morning in hopes that they have an open spot, anythoughts? Also, the instructors name is Tom Slaughter, anyone know him by chance? Thanks

I got a few packs of the rage crossbow heads to try this year out of my regular bow. The notch on the blade that holds it in is quite a bit deeper, so they deploy a lot harder. No way of them prematurely opening, excited about using trying them out. BEN

I bought three packs of the rage crossbow heads a couple days ago. I have yet to shoot them into anything, but I can tell you that the groove that the rubber band snaps into is much deeper, deep enough that they will never deploy to easily in your quiver. Whether or not they will open on an animals hide is a different story, but I have a hard time believing that they wouldn't. I've had my old rages cut the band when the opened, and I think they will do they same as they open. I liked the 1 3/4" cut instead of 2" on the 125gr. Also I got a sweet deal on ebay, 31.99 a pack, and only $5 shipping for all three packs! I like the look of em! Forgot to add, I"m using them on a regular bow, not a crossbow.

Non resident cap and group applications
yotebuster posted a topic in Coues Deer Hunting in New Mexico
Maybe someone can help me out with this. I am considering putting in as a group of 4. We are all NR to NM. If there are 100 tags in a hunt, the hunt would be capped at 10 for NR's. What if our group was drawn when there had already been 8 or 9 tags issued to NR for that hunt? Would they reject is as filled since there aren't 4 available or just fill ours and issue slighlty more in this case? I noticed on the draw odds report that there are often more tags issued then the 10% cap. Is this what happened in that case? Forgot to add, this applications would be for elk. Thanks -
Hunted them several times. McGregor is an awesome hunt. Once in a lifetime right? Talk to me before you go. Just remember your ORANGE vests for every single person in the vehicle. Don't take your wife's truck either. A lot of the roads are not the greatest. Yes, I have been thru there and hunted there... Good luck and congrats!!! PM'd ya!

Brand New T/C Omega 50 cal blued with black stock. Never been fired. I mounted a 3-9x40 Nikon Omega with BDC for 250gr. Sabots on it, works sweet out to 300 yards. Has Talley 1 piece base/ring on it that's the best you can get for these guns. The scope has a couple little dings on it as I hunted with it on my Encore, never fired the Omega though as I bought the Encore in the meantime. You can find these guns for around $300 online, the base is $50 or $60, and the scopes sell for around $250. Thats around $600 for the whole works new, I'd like to get $400 for all of it. REDUCED TO $350! Used Knight Disc Extreme Stainless .45cal muzzleloader. Has weaver style bases on it, a 3 shot quick loader (a good ECLoader, not the crappy tubes), some primed discs, and a box of Red Hot 175gr. Sabots that shoot REALLLLY nice out of this gun sittin on 125gr. of FFFG 777. I hunted with this gun for years back in ND for whitetails with a red dot on it, and it will consistently hold 2" groups at 100 yards with no magnification, never put a scope on it, but something tells me it would be mean medicine for deer or even elk with 225gr. bullets. It's been hunted with, so it's got some marks and powder stains on it. Would like to get $200 for all of it. REDUCED TO $150! Belgium Browning Auto-5 20ga Magnum with 28" Vented rib barrel. There aren't a lot of magnum (3") versions of this gun out there, it's in nice shape, with some handling marks on the wood, blueing is excellent. It has a recoil pad on it, not sure what happened to the original pad as I just bought it last fall and never fired it. Would like to get $650 for it. REDUCED TO $600!

I'd call him shooter too!!!

Is yours a D-tech or an Olympic? I have a D-tech .243 WSSM AR-15, it's a sweet rig, havent had much of a chance to try a lot of different loads in it yet, however I've heard any 87gr. Hornady will shoot good out of them.

Browning is SPF.

Knight is SPF to cw4192 (as soon as he can walk again )
