There are some big bulls there but they are extremely pockety and nomadic. The unit is very checker boarded. Lots of private. But be careful, private doesn't always mean better.

I am figuring that out. I had one transaction that went well then kinda got stuck with this one. Raw land can be a tricky investment if the market tanks.
