I waited for an hour on hold for a 1 minute fix. Not sure how they screwed up but just call and expect to wait.

Merry Christmas!!!

Everybody is thinking it, I'm going to ask..... How did you order 2 pairs? Just curious is all. And bump for some nice binos!!

Getting a Scheels here would be nice. Maybe Cabelas would close because of it.😏

Congrats to your Pops and you. I enjoyed following your hunt here. Way to stay at it and get it done!

Like others have said, get the wife a 20 ga semi auto preferably with a softer or squishy recoil pad. Recoil will make them not have fun. For you a Beretta of some kind in 12 ga....A390, A391 or A400 is hard to beat. They also have shims for fitting the gun to you. You can shoot anything with them in 3" or 2 3/4". Another shotgun to look for is a Browning Gold Hunter. Most birds/clay targets just put Imp. Cyl. in and be done with it. Go to the skeet field and you will learn how to swing the gun.

Brings back memories seeing Lon Ellington. He was the brother of my wife's Grandma Peggy. I was lucky enough to meet him at a couple family gatherings. My wife still has the antelope hair mouse he tied just for her. We called him Uncle Bud.

OK I won't text you since CactusJack may have you covered. 😀

I have a box of 17, Winchester brand 150 grain Ballistic Silvertips in 270 WSM. I can text you tomorrow. Past my bedtime right now....

My BAR 270 Win has taken about 9 Elk. My .270 WSM has taken about 7 Elk including a one shot kill at about 575 yards. That's about my max. You can shoot 100 gr. to 150 gr. and shoot anything AZ has to offer.
-
I'm kind of partial to the 270 WSM.

Beautiful ram! Congrats! Love that color on him!

Springers ears are usually way longer than Brittanys. Springers snouts are generally shorter and boxy compared to Britts. Titan is a Brittany all the way.
-
Beautiful pup! Miss my Britts everyday. Titan is a handsome boy!
-
Very cool. I like near the end where the deer runs in and then stops like "oh I'm on camera".
-
Congrats! Perfect conditions for an AZ elk hunt.

SW MP Shield EZ 9's are being recalled now, too. The hammers can crack and cause multiple discharges.

I'm already 30 years in.....kind of too late! Other than the piece of wedding cake we gently shoved in each others mouth at the reception we never got any more cake. She wants me to find a small cake for our Anniversary. Thanks for the referral bowhunter4life!

I bought a Sig 1600BDX and while I haven't used it a whole lot yet, it works well. I thought it would range rocks and trees farther but only get it to read about 700-775 yards. The main thing I like is the red/orange readout. It's really easy to see.

Congrats! That's a nice buck for sure!

Hope you have an autoloader for those 3 1/2" or you are young and strong.

The 60 took awhile to get to where it finally finished. We lived just north of the 60 by College Ave. We took a field trip in 3rd or 4th grade to Indian ruins they uncovered near McClintock Dr. My Dad had a little hand in getting the pedestrian bridge that was built over the 60 at College Ave. It was torn down a few years ago and another was put up a little farther East.

We had some epic races at that go kart place!!!

Superstition freeway (60) was 2 lanes each way with oleanders in the median. I remember when a trip to Globe or Young took an extra hour because the freeway only went to Val Vista. Also # 66. Stood in line at McDonalds behind Tex one time. Baseline and Rural Rd.
