My friend hunted a ranch in 19A and got his Saturday. He sat water and got a 22 yard shot. His disabled friend got his Sunday or Monday. Both were decent bucks. They were the only 2 that got to hunt that ranch. Not sure of the name.

Have you tried Walmart? I just got some 80 grain Winchester there. What about Sports Authority? Hopefully someone will hook you up.

I was at Sports Authority Arrowhead today. They had Winchester Super X 270 WSM 150 gr. power point for $19.97 a box. I figure if you are on a budget this is 1/2 the price of other ammo. You never know, it could good group real well in your rifle too.

Bub got the 7 jr. Tag. Our whole family of 5 has a hunt this year. Going to be busy!

I know at least 2 plates posted earlier on this thread belong to FJ's. Oneshot and Prowlerman. Here's mine. We have 3 elk tags this year.

My dog got bit in the snout years ago in Wyoming. Her head swelled like a basketball and had a dewlap like a Brahma but never got an infection or got sick. Took a couple weeks to get to normal. There are no big blood vessels in the snout area. Hope she recovers soon. Poor girl!

My 10 year old daughter had her field day today at Ben Avery. She is my 3rd and last kid to take and pass her Hunter Ed. course. She has shown the least interest in hunting of the 3 but is really excited to have passed the class. We will find out soon if she drew a jr. tag or if it was her sister's. Congrats Bub for passing the class. I am proud of you!

My wife just saw we got hit for 25$. I put my 2 girls in separate for a 7 jr. tag. The girls are already fighting about whose tag it is.
