The Giant Killer strikes again! What a buck! Congrats!

Can you not have an archery deer tag and a rifle deer tag in the same year?
-
Yup, definitely has nothing to do with the 2550 coues hunters that have already been in there!

Discounted mule deer and coues deer hunt - Mexico
soazarcher replied to tylerwcs's topic in Classified Ads
Lots of BS getting tossed around! I have no ties to this post, but I can't help myself. That is what it costs to do this hunt, plain and simple. If you don't like it, you definitely have the option to not go. I'm sure we could sit around all day and name cheaper hunts or other things you could do with 15k. And to correct some of these ridiculous numbers being thrown around, coues will cost 3500-6500 and mule deer in the 9000-15000 range. This doesn't sound like a DIY, buy some tags and hunt with your buddies type deal. And, yes, I know that you can do that for much cheaper. Or you could take your chances with a cheaper outfitter. Good luck selling your Mexico hunts! Post pics when you get back. -

Really impressed with the Vortex Kaibabs. Awesome coues glass, best warranty out there. Plan on getting a tripod adapter from Outdoorsmans, we bent 3 vortex adapters opening weekend.

One of my coues hunters brought speed freeks last week, and it nearly crippled him. Those boots do not belong in coues country, ever. The boots in the UA line look like they would last almost all weekend......imho.

Be offended when he starts breeding them and creating some real freaks. It's just gag taxidermy, don't let your respect for animals get in the way of your sense of humor.

We just had a Last Minute Antelope Cancelation! Where: Central New Mexico, Lincoln County, 40 minutes from Carrizozo What: 2 Landowner Antelope Authorizations on 20,000+ acre ranch. When: Sept 17, 18, 19th, 2011. $1800 each, plus $309 license fee. The other hunts are sold at $3200 each. Fully outfitted, and Guided 2x1 by Matt Woodward, Licensed New Mexico Outfitter. Lincoln County is some of New Mexico’s best Big Antelope Country. Bucks here will ranch from the low 70’s to 80”+. The largest buck taken off this ranch was 92”+, about 5 years ago. There are currently several 80” bucks on the property. This a fantastic, historic antelope ranch. Stay in a rustic ranch house, with all the amenities of home. Enjoy great meals and great antelope hunting! All inclusive, except for your transportation to the ranch. I will process your antelope licenses for you. Contact me immediately for more information, references or pictures. I have 1000’s of pics of this ranch and the antelope on it. Matt Woodward Borderland Adventures (520)820-4728

Does anybody in Tucson sell the Wilson Cell Phone Amplifiers? I'm short in time and want to pick another one up on my way through town. Want to avoid the drive to outdoorsmans in phx. Thanks

Thanks guys! I googled it and had called two places. Hadn't had much luck. You'd think those things would be more popular. Looks like i'm all set, I have to pass 6 truck stops in the next day or so, I'm sure I'll find one. Thanks again

Second Hunt Sold! Thanks everyone for your help and the kind words. Chris and Casey, I look forward to hunting with you guys! Donation to CW.com is on the way

That is a perfectly acceptable way to tag a deer. I won't let a hunter put a sticky tag on velvet antlers.
-
Done...thanks Casey!

Thanks Guys. The last spot is still available. If you're one of the guys I talked to, and still interested, give me a call. I'm on the road and missing one phone number. Casey, see ya in two weeks!

Alright Casey! One down, one to go! PM on the way.

It's the General Rifle season, but your welcome to bowhunt! I'm a bowhunter also. Couple of great drinkers and tanks on the ranch, but they've been getting a decent amount of rain. I love to spot and stalk, but I just threw 3 ground blinds in the trailer this morning, just in case The two hunters that take these hunts will be the only people (plus me) on the ranch at the time.

Thanks Amanda, there's always next year! Have a great Elk hunt! Someone is going to really enjoy this one. I'm headed to the ranch tomorrow, and will be there for the next 18 days! Excited!
