The REAL reason for Border violence
joeybari replied to fatfootdoc's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
I dont mean to be unsympathetic - but if you seek thrills in areas known for danger, violence, lawlessness and drug traffic - then CRY WOLF when some offense occurs - my feeling is you got the THRILLS you came for. Until our troops are sent with a clear "kick-butt" mission objective to protect our borders... I dont think our tax-payer dollars should be spent to undo STUPID situations - any more than we should commit resources or risk lives for idiots who cross flooded rivers with cars or rescue morons who want to hike mountains along the border of Iran, N Korea or Pakistan??? Stupid is as stupid does! I hear what your saying and I agree with you to a certain extent but if you follow your logic then anyone who hunts in the low part of this state is "stupid." South of Tucson is no Disneyland 36c is a war zone. But its not going to stop me from hunting down there. if I have to live in fear in my country then the founding fathers fail and what they sacrifice was for nothing. -
yep that will work

how do you like that Minox 3-15x42 BA riflescope Sorry I haven't gotten back to you I didn't see your post. I love my minox riflescope . It is AS clear as my Nikon Monarch Gold, which cost s lot more. It is a perfect long range scope, and rivals any swarovskis I have used at a third the price. i had a chance to look into on and your right is a very nice glass and the price is a + a big +

Ok so I looked it up bcs i had no idea about this. Just looking at the facts, and one thing that stand out to me after reading some of the articles online, is the introduction of cows maybe a big factor in the decline of the bird. I don’t see how hunting has anything to do with population growth make no sense to me why hunters are be denied hunting areas because of this. I will point out the fact that if the game & fish is involved we are ultimately (hunters) paying for it. So I offer a simple solution, use us the hunters to help. Hand out filers to hunters in the area lets us give you (game and Fish) some sort of survey on what we come across in regards to the bird. I would even venture to say if you asked must hunters in that unit would help. And if and thats a big if coyotes are a problem for these birds well GAF should have a coyote day with fun and prizes LOL. Here is the really bad article http://www.abcbirds.org/newsandreports/stories/100628.html -
this year is going to be my 3 rut hunt i got a great unit down south one that i have been going to and off for about 12 years. my question is should i even put out trail cams for my rut hunt. i always put a couple out when i have Oct or Nov hunt but putting one out for Dec in the past just did not pan out of me as far as finding that one buck i got pics of. any two pennies helps. thank you I know this is a stupid question but i am at an cross road, working two jobs this year and any time i have im trying to spend with my son 14 month old. so time is very important to me this year. again thank you.
