Its really wierd I mailed my app in Last friday. Called Game and Fish everyday. Mon nothin ,Tues nothin, Wen, A rude dude wouldnt look for me said call back friday. I said somethings wrong I should have been near the top of the pile! unless. the good ole US Postal Service lost my app! We will see tomorrow!

As far as I can remember I always had the passion to hunt .Hmmmmmm wonder how it got there , could be when I dropped from Mama and the Doctor screamed "Oh My Goodness he's a monster" . It must have brought out the animal instincts in me , cause I's been hide out in the woods ever since! Lol So who learned me: My Dad fed the monster venison and elk meat and that just made the hunger worse. I begged everybody I knew as a kid who was a hunter including my dad, my uncles and my dads friends to take me HUNTING! I learned from each one ! Then I spent a lot of time out alone taking what I had been taught and adding to it. I is still learnin myself to hunt at 49 , Strange though most of them call me now when its time to hunt!

Hmmm lots info! A Remington youth model .243 is all she needs right now. My kids have killed several Elk, several deer and pigs with one ! Set up right they are tack drivers! 100% of the time they need to be shooting from a rest. But I have them also practice shooting off hand just in case. So the weight of the gun is a concern. My one daughter third eyeballed an elk at 100 yards a few years ago! We have never wounded an Elk with that .243 and they died quick!

Coach , I'm with you seems the statue would override FAQ! The only other way is Mom does real low fly by and of course the timing has to be perfect so she is 50 yards away at the time of the kill! :-)

Coach : Go to Hunters FAQ on the Az game & fish site about transfering tags! And the regs also imply the same parent takes the child hunting!

Excellent hunt! There is no secret spots anymore! If your on a big bull someone else wll be there to! Dont get stuck in one spot! I 'll be there helpin someone with a tag one way or another! We took 5 bulls out of 10 last year. Biggest being 370!

Thankyou ,now we have the truth not the intent of the law! I wish it was not true but it is! I know alot of people misinterpet what the law says! Now here is the key is it enforced?

Here's what we do know a grandparent can transfer a tag to thier grandchild , Then the grandparent or legal guardian can take the child hunting . Now here is the catch if the parent or legal guardian transfers the tag to thier child that parent or legal guardian has to be with in 50 yards of the child when they kill. So if mom draws the tag and transfers to the child and mom dont hunt it is to bad for mom, she has to be there when jr kills! Please read the regs and tell me if you see it different!

Yes , But it doesn't make true! It is still up to interpetation of the law by Game and Fish thats counts and according to the regs the same parent that drew and then transfered the tag must be in the field with the child ! The silence tells me most are not doing it that way! And I hope they are okay. I went round and round with Game Wardens and the Head of Game & Fish law enforcement chief! This was when the law first came out . Thats why they started putting it in obvious places in the regs and its written several times in the regs! This is an issue!

Set your goals realisticly say a nice 350 bull. If you say 400 or nothing your setting your self and your wife up for disappointment!
