This is a buck my buddy and I got a few years ago! You will be hard pressed to find that quality down south ! Not impossible though but tough!

Bob, Max resident points for deer is 18 only 9 people in the state have that many points! I know 3 of them! If all those put in for 13B 7 of them would be drawn in the bonus pass! The other 7 will be nonresidents! As a non resident there is little hope of you ever getting one of those tags. Now if the proposed changes happen which are now in the Governors lap then you will have a tiny miniscule possibility of drawing 2016 and on! There are several units up here for Coues you should really look at Too many tags down south ! Bottom line!

It will help growth big time! The only time rain is not going to help as much is actually the monsoons in july!! Timing is every thing! ! And you don't want a ton of rain because it washes away the nutrients in the soil. This is one of the theories that the reason Arizona grows monster bulls our rain is incremental! Just enough at the right time!!

True! Bulls with the right genetics will grow big antlers even in dry years but they will still be effected. Timing is everything ! It's been about 7 weeks since we had rain here in Northern Arizona! The last of week of Feb & the first 2 days of march produced almost 3.73 inches of rain!!! That just carried us through this 7 week dry spell! This storm brought over an inch of rain ! This will be a good antler growth year!
