HUGE CONGRATS, your effort to find your bull blows me away. I don't know you, but the detication you discribed in your play by play, truly shows you to be a great guy. I feel compelled to let you know your actions are really appreciated by fellow hunters. I have experienced other hunters who wound elk and after looking for a very short period of time, are ready to shrug it off and start hunting for another bull, even knowing that the odds are the bull will expire. Once again, your actions should be practiced by other and all hunters. Congrats on filling your tag and would love to see some pictures of your trophy. -Ryan

I love this picture and just now took the time to upload it into my Avatar greeting. A little background on how I got this pic. I was able to get some photos of this buck as he beded down infront of my camera during a snow storm late one night. The full picture has a screen full of snow flaks. I also have multiple pictures showing the buck falling in and out of sleep during the snow falling. Man I LOVE these deer. -Ryan

My wife and I managed to do alittle shed hunting the other day. We were hoping for some fresh brown's but a few white's will always work. Hope you enjoy the pictures as we sure enjoyed taking them. I don't have all the details, but wanted to start this thread now, allowing everyone to start their prayers for the family & friends. Reports indicate that early this morning a Phoenix Police Officer was shot and killed in the 1900 block of W Indian School Rd. The reports that I've heard said the officer has two young children, one being only 2 weeks old. I pray for the family that they find peace during this difficult time. -Ryan

I was at Base Pro Shop off the 202 loop, and happend to park next to a grey Dodge Dakota sporting a CWT sticker. -Ryan

As others have already mentioned, elk herds in Arizona are very healthy and you shouldn't have any problem locating them. My advise to you would be, if you can't spair time to scout the unit in person, then spending the first couple of days of your hunt scouting rather than hunting hard would help. Master your calling, stay patient and you should be fine. I think I speak for everyone when I say this, CWT requires post hunt photos. Good luck. -Ryan
