CWpredator- wow that thing is awesome. Way outta my price range! The more and more I look into building this rifle the more expensive it becomes. I knew it was going to be in the first place but its still more than I realized. I should of just bought a barrel for my 280 and turned that gun into an AI.

I want a 7 wsm!! I'm going to wait until you get loads all squared away before I buy one then the hard work is done

I love my .280 and the AI can only be an improvement. I kind of wish I would have just used the .280 that I have to build a gun but it is a nice remington mountain rifle that I just really hate to change. Pwrguy- I just plan on building this gun strictly for coues hunting, and maybe antelope if I ever get drawn.

What is the barrel length on your 6.5-06??

^^^^SOME being me for one! If I don't get drawn for a good tag I can always pick up a leftover down south. The hunt is still a good hunt and you have a great chance of shooting a nice wt.

I have had mine for about a year now. I like that it keeps the binos from bouncing. Overall I think it is a good design but I think it depends on what binos you use also (size). It doesn't protect the binos as well as the badlands case but it is a nice system. I would have to say the one thing I don't like is how thick straps are. I use a range snap and I can't get it to work with this system. If I didn't use the range snap the strap thickness wouldn't matter a bit
