It was natural and you know what believe it or not the fob does work on a commercial blind as long as you are shooting a broadhead with a bigger cutting diameter than 1 inch. the fob is a inch diameter. This guy I know shot his elk a couple of years ago out of double bull blind shooting through mesh. If you you tube a search for fobs about billion home fob videos pop up and there is a guy who shows that it is doable.

congrats you gotta love those guys there a blast to hunt.

congrats beautiful deer!

Neat buck definitely a shooter congrats!

A photo and a memory last a life time so why not take an extra 5 mins and take a quality one photo but than again to each his own on what quality is. Thanks for noticing!

To make a long story short my buddy put his time in all year long from the august- now and during his rifle hunt he stumbled on a beautiful hidden water source so with the help of trail cams he realized he needed to be sitting this every chance he could. Pretty boring sitting water but he put his time and got a crack at this guy and couldn't be happier! 20 yd shot from his ground blind. Cool thing was he had two other encounters with this deer and was able to finally put it together on the third one.

Well guys I finally found these stinky boogers and it was not easy for some reason it is never easy when it comes to pigs I guess I just find the old wise coues pigs and end up chasing them all over the mountain but not this time Summer sausage here we come.

Got to love them stinky boogers. Congrats!

I hear ya if you can get over the fact that they look like alot of b.s. and just try them and give them an honest shot I dont think a person will ever fletch again.
-
They only seem a little louder in flight as oppose to a vane because you are hearing compressed air out the back of the fob, down range they sound no different then a vane I have shot 2 coues deer a bobcat and a bear with them and none of the animals made any attempt to jump string due to noise all the shots have ranged from 25 60 yds. The website is very interesting and has alot of info about them there at Starrflight.com. Plus the gallery on the site is full of hunting success pics of animals all over the world.

Plus fletching or paying to have arrows fletch sucks these things you can do a dz arrows in just a couple of mins.

about two years now. If you can get over the goofy look of them and look at there up side they really something. They control a fix bladed broadhead much better than a fletch. plus on a pass through the fob and nock pop off together serving as a marking spot to start blood trailing or it marks the spot if you shot in thick cover at some distance and cant find where exactly the animal was standing when you hit it. Starrflight.com has all info on them.

Congrats any archery job is a good one done!

cost these days is usually between 550-650. Any one heard of Jerry's Taxidermy in Tucson? He has been around forever works out of home but does some of the best work I have ever seen he done several mounts for me and my family.
