Kuiu Attack pants are my most comfortable and well designed pants, but my Cabela's Microtex pants are still my go to pants for hunting. They are extremely durable, quiet, quick drying and versatile for many conditions. I still want to try the First Lite Kanab wool pants.

If I was the hunter I would find it odd and a bit perturbing if someone posted my picture on a hunting site first. It's a matter of courtesy mostly but you make some good points. If someone else feels like posting it up here, knock yourselves out, but it won't be me.

Earlier in the month further east and north, later in the month further west and south. These are of course generalities and it depends on the given year and weather. Anytime you can get out there is a good time! Best of luck to you!

I hope you aren't kidding!

The buck I think you are talking about was killed by a Yuma native. Region 4 deer. No guides. I don't know the guy personally but we share a number of mutual friends. Deer of a lifetime for sure and further proof that you don't have to go to the Strip to kill an absolute monster. Out of respect for the hunter I won't post his name or pics but will confirm the rumors! I also don't know the score but from the pics counted at least 10 points on each side.

Some of you either have very creative minds or recently ingested psychedelic drugs! LOL! -
Hope you find someone else to tag along! Good Luck! Hard to top what Lancet said!

A Hunter's Guide to Dusky Grouse
Heat replied to fredb's topic in Small Game, Upland Bird, and Waterfowl Hunting
The regs still call them Blue Grouse, so I guess I'm not the only one out of the loop! -
Spectacular work Doug!

Let me just say, that is a bad butt old school camo shirt your old man has on! I'd pay a fair price for a wool shirt with a nice open pattern like that! Oh ya, nice buck too! LOL!

Peace be with you! Prayers on the way.

I would stretch your zone to include Scottsdale and speak with Jim Hartsock at SW Wildlife. He is a sponsor here and an excellent artist and businessman. He's done a desert sheep and a pronghorn mount for me and I couldn't be any happier. I highly recommend him and his work. Good Luck!

Thanks to this site I am one step closer to a new set of binoculars. Just need to sell this set and I'm good to go! I have for sale a set of Pentax DCF SP 10x50 binoculars. I received this pair as a replacement for another set that I destroyed. Pentax Customer Service was TOP NOTCH and gave me a brand new set. These are it. Had them since November of 2010. Have only used them a little bit on a couple of hunts. These optics are fully multicoated, phase corrected, roof prism binos made in Japan. Before Vortex came on the scene these were some of the best binos you could get without paying for the Euro brands. I live in Yuma AZ so chances are I am going to have to ship them to you. These come with everything including the box, and a tripod adapter. These go for around $700 new, yours for $400 OBO shipped and insured. Motivated to sell! Buy with confidence! These really are bright, crisp optics. These are in excellent condition, no scratches on the lenses or coatings. Pics available on request.

my vote for az governor
Heat replied to MULEPACKHUNTER's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
Yup!!!! But there was a bunch that stayed home last time. Also a bunch that voted for Ron Paul. And they bought us CURIOUS GEORGE who resides at 1600 Pennsylvania Av. What is more scary is. At one time in Arizona none of this nonsense made any difference. As it was a dominant Republican state. But low and behold we are slowly becoming COMIFORNIAIZED!!!! And sitting on ones thumbs, and wasting votes. Are quickly going to pack it in our hind end!!!!!!! Although thee above mentioned I would probably love to see elected. The electorate is not yet chit full of the two retarded parties available, close but not quite yet. So in the mean time ya better vote for what takes care of us, and the constitution the best. Take care, Willie The people in AZ that voted for Ron Paul in the last election last time had nothing to do with electing Alfred E Newman. Romney had more than enough votes to get AZ. Those few votes from AZ that went to Ron Paul or Gary Johnson for that matter had zero impact on the election other than getting the Libertarian party on the ballot for the next dance. Other states like Colorado is a different story. By the way polls showed that those other guys pulled as many or more votes from Obama than were pulled from Romney. I completely agree about the ones that stayed home though, they didn't do anybody any favors. -
Most excellent! Way to get it done!

and there you go! Nice!
