The camera in and of itself is one thing. Taking game with the aid of said camera is a different story. That's the part that is not legal after the date specified, IIRC. How they would prove that take was associated is up to the Game and Fish officers investigating and the prosecutor I guess.

Don Martin is Striper Hunters. He is out of Kingman and fishes Lake Mead not Pleasant. He just got a new boat and is getting it dialed in again. Here's a thread from last year. https://www.coueswhitetail.com/forums/topic/79578-striper-fishing-ready-to-take-off-on-lake-mead/

Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep 6a/22 vs 27/28 Late Hunts
Heat replied to Heat's topic in Bighorn Sheep Hunting
So there are only so many to choose from and two others are most definitely worse choices, one is better and you might guess what I'm going to do with that one. Which leaves me with these two, which is why I asked. I have all the data and fully understand how the draw works for sheep. Thank you for the input. -
Considering both the 6A/22 and 27/28 late hunts for a second choice. Which would you choose and why? Thanks for your opinion!

Exactly. Got drawn for Desert in ought 10 with less points than I have now. You can't draw if you don't try. -

Great work, thanks for sharing your hunt with us! Best of Luck to you on that elk hunt. -
I'm sorry man, it's never easy. Hang in there.

So where did they go?
-
Like you back in the 2000's we killed them in June and July within a days ride of SD. The conditions have changed. That certainly used to be the case but for whatever reason they come near the coast much much further north now, like Oregon and Washington north. Probably the same reason why they catch bluefin almost year round near San Diego now.
-
A few years ago I would have said the spring hunt but recently they have shortened it and added a few short hunts on the back end. That complicates everything. June seems to be a pretty good time to be up there but then you end up with a pretty short hunt to get it done. If you do the earlier one you could be sitting around twiddling your thumbs waiting for the snow to melt like everyone this year. The weather is better in the fall but the bison are much less predictable after the rut.

One of a few occasions where all caps is pretty legit. That bites.

May I suggest taking a look at the ones that sponsor the site? I have mounts from one and have seen lots of mounts from the other and they do great professional work!

Nice job getting the youngsters out there. Still haven't been fishing with Arturo yet but I want to go bad. Congratulations on a great trip minus the seasickness!

Odds of catching albacore in Mexican or California waters are slim to none. Better get on that guys' trip to Oregon if you want some of them. Dorado would also be a bit early for that time but you could get lucky. I would think yellowtail is a more likely catch, maybe bluefin and possibly some yellowfin tuna. Prowler was ripped open like a tin can by a Megayacht. I doubt anyone is fishing on that boat ever again. I like fishing with Point Loma Sportfishing and Seaforth. Lots of good open party boats in their fleets. Go on their websites and check the schedules for open party trips for the duration that you like. I would look at the San Diego, the Mission Belle, the Point Loma, the El Capitan and the New Lo Ann for possibilities.

Confidence building in teens, what have you done?

"My daughter was my first born and when I first saw her I realized that from that day forward my heart would be wandering around outside my body for the rest of my life. It's stressful at times but it's what you signed up for. You got this." This is exactly right on the money! Very well stated Jimmer! I completely agree with getting her involved in some sort of team or physically challenging activity. I for one can tell you care a great deal about your daughter to bring this up here asking for help and I believe you have gotten some solid advice. Good work Dad! -
Alumni here. Very mad seeing this! The next time they ask me for money this will be discussed.

Received mine already. This is a very nicely done publication! If you are on the fence about getting this, buy it, you won't regret it.
