Not sure why guys want the ban. Do you really think it’s gonna stop guides from killing the biggest animals? As a matter of fact it’s gonna boost there business as the everyday joe blow will be booking now because he couldn’t put out a few cams for his hunt. IMO this just one right taken away with leverage for them to start enforcing more rules. Do you want to be told what magnification to hunt with ?...or what caliber to hunt deer with? This is just a gateway for more. Stand up for your rights.

Congrats on the tag. I thought about putting in for it with 10points but I opted out for a strip tag. I even had a custom muzzy built tht will shoot 500yds+.

10 years it what it sounds like. 10 years of no hunting will eat at him bigtime. He may crack and start poaching again. I would only imagine he is being watched bigtime by Game and fish now. I don’t see your logic one bit. He doesn’t get to keep any of those animals beside maybe the (1) velvet rack that the coyotes supposedly ate. Even at that do you think he can ever hang that rack or show it off? The first person to see it would turn him in.

It’s 50/50 at 8pts. In 2017 and 2018 8pts guaranteed you a 21 Coues dec tag. Last year it took 9pts. It will really come down to who puts in this year. It may point creep up or it could drop back to 8pts.

If you do 20b first choice then 21 Coues 2nd choice u will automatically draw 21 Coues in the bonus pass. Be careful how u apply.

If you have 10+ points this year you will definitely be guaranteed a 20b tag. With the same points you can draw the Oct rifle kaibab tag which IMO is a better hunt.

(5) people with 9pts put in for 20b late rifle tag last year. (4) people drew in the bonus rd. 21 does not have a dec hunt anymore. They moved it to 20b last year. 21 is on the decline for big Muleys while 20b is in its prime. The 20b dec Hunt is more of a pre rut hunt until after Christmas. Jan is when they rut hard in there.

First and foremost congrats on the tag. The pushed backed dates on this years hunt is IMO going to be an epic rut hunt. 5bs is a fun hunt with alot of rut action. I’ve killed (3) bulls out of that unit. Hardest thing will be passing all the 260-300” type bulls to get to the better ones. It’s a flat lander unit with great road access. Roads will get pretty muddy if it rains. Also remember certain roads are closed to all vehicles in there. Good luck.
