Flagstaff Hunter Education Classroom Class Nov 2024
Couzer replied to IA Born's topic in The Campfire
Since you mentioned this, and just want to confirm but I also heard that you can now do the classroom and feild portion, both online now? -
Solid bull, congrats!
-
Do this, then check the length to see if it needs to be trimmed again. And like Ernesto said check your necks. I had the same issue with my brothers Kimber 270 wsm.

There's a special place for scammers.

Great bull!

I went out shooting my 45-70 open sights 100 yards. If you're near Apache Junction check out AJI, they have a few 45-70's from time to time.
-
Anyone have a good powder they recommend? New to the 45-70 and just seeing what everyone else is using. I order 150 pieces of star line brass that I put away over 8 months ago. Had some issues on the length, and figured out that they shipped 45-90 instead of 45-70. I'm just glad I had a RCBS Protrimmer.

@ Prdatr, I think I rolled it right in there. Anymore causes case deformation
-
I like the way you think, I'll be at the range this weekend. I'll bring the Calipers
-
Well nothing but IMR 3031 was in stock so I ended up using it. Question is, how do I know if I have a good enough crimp? Lever gun using RCBS dies doing a roll crimp.
-
Very nice buck! Congrats
-
Loading them is like the last step, none were loaded. When I put one through my sizing die I knew something was up lol.

Woah this won't last in today's market.

I posted one the Arizona Hunting FB group. Worth a shot.

Are you on Facebook? There's a couple of good groups on there that might have came across it.

Setting up my AR10 and need some rings/base mount. Let me know if you got anything sitting around.

David I may have 34mm scope as well. Tried to send you a DM but your inbox is full.

My bears tasted great, but my grass fed cow was cheaper and tasted even better.
