Not sure yet, I asked my buddy how to cook them and he said he usually makes fajitas out of them. Basically grab some oil in a frying pan, through your veggies in (peppers, onions), fry them up and then take them out. Then through the meat cut into thin slices into the frying pan with all juices from the veggies and more oil. Then put your veggies back in for a little longer and you should be good to go, wrap them in a tortilla with cheese and sour cream. ??? Sounds ok? I might try to smoke some of it as well. He also said to soak the meat in salt water for 4-8 hours? So I guess I will try it out, never had duck before. I had to fillet it all out last night and throw it in the freezer for now because I work from 1am to 1pm.

I agree and know squat about hunting them until I met my buddy at work. These birds could of been part local birds, but not sure

Yea the benelli's are sweet guns, cuts the recoil down drastically. The in laws have some private property with a pond on it. We got there about 1430 this afternoon and there were a few ducks already on it. They few immediately when we got there so we set up a couple dozen decoys and a blind. It was really cool to see them come in circling literally 15 times before they came into distance. We shot them right before they hit the water, it was tough to hold out that long as I was getting a itchy trigger finger. But like my buddy said they came into the calls and decoys, such a rush. I missed 10 or so, between the both of us we shot 10 total, 5 each.

Thanks guys Rifle is a Remington 700 built by Paul Hart from Hart Barrels in NY. Spiral fluted barrel, vais break, tubb spring and firing pin, oversized lug, bead blasted with a coyote tan teflon coating, jewel trigger, Zeiss conquest scope, 30 moa nightforce base, seekin rings, hitech stock painted by me, glass and Pilar bedded. Its my go to rifle, and had it built to weigh as less as possible. 300 ultra mag, pushing a 210 berger. No other pics taken Firstcoues ha ha. The bullet did a pass through. I plan on making a scarf for my little girl. Might be a while becuase work keeps me pretty busy. -

Thanks Kidso, after seeing your beard I thought I would try it out, prob won't last to long with it though. There's prob a few bears in there, it's pretty low elevation about 3500 feet, personally never seen them or sign in this area, but that doesn't mean they're not there. -
I saw a dead coues doe at Cordes Junction on the I17 two months back

I'm pretty much done with my hunt, and want to upgrade to a side by side. Nice bike, 4x4 all the time, newer tires, new gel sealed battery, great deal. 300cc Edit: has reverse and clean title, no trailer with deal, Quad is dirty, just want to make sure the buyer can see it's true colors. No leaks that I am aware of, it sat in my garage for 6 months without a drop of oil on the concrete. Comes with a extra oil filter, I changed all the oils, motor, gear, and diff. There is a plug that I put in the rear tire a while back, still holding strong. I put a rebuild kit in the carb because it sat forever, may need a little tunning, but runs and starts up good! $1250.00
