I have a CZ 527 that I ordered directly from CZ years ago. The duratouch finish on the stock became sticky and a magnet to grass and dirt. I called CZ 3 different times over the past year and hoping they would warranty it like Browning, Bergera, and other firearm makers did. Instead they prerty much told me to pound sand. I reached out to a buddy, Cactusjack and he told me to use Denatured Achool. It worked like a charm with amazing results. I probably didn't need to use a scotchbrite pad but it did speed up the 15-20 minute process. I forgot to take a before hand picture, it was pretty nasty.

Yes and yes, it's a mess if you don't have it I hear. You can get around it but it could take up to 1-2 hours to verify your identity in which you can miss your flight. It's basically a little star on the top right of your DL, a national standardization of ID.
