May I ask why you are selling the Savage Long Range Hunter without firing a single bullet? I just ordered one and I am excited to get it. What pictany base did you use? I am looking for an EGW base but idk if they make it for Savage. Anyways I hear that gun is a shooter. Someone will buy it.

Hey everyone, I have a less than one year old Weatherby Vangaurd for sale. It is in great shap and only been on one hunt. It is chabered in 7mm Rem Mag and has less than 100 rounds through it. I also broke the barell in. Its the regular vangaurd with the black synthetic stock. Harvested a bull from 500 yards with this gun so it is a shooter. The recoil is just a little much for my girlfriend which is what the gun primarily was for. I will include Leopold Base and Rings which are also less than a year old but no scope. Asking 350 dollars OBO for everything. Email me with questions or write me a note here on coueswhitetail. Dennisfogle@gmail.com Thanks, Dennis

I have a used but in great shape pair of Swarovski EL 10x42. They were tuned by swarovski last year and work perfect. Also in this package is the Swarovski tri pod adpater that only fits el binoculars. That part alone cost 120 at the store. This set up is great fpr glassing on a tripod or for a long hike and having them around your shoulders. I am asking 1500 for the binoculars and tripod adapter. I am pretty firm on the price. IM me or text me 623 986 5469. Dennis

Hey all I am in the market for a new scope. I want a scope that I can shoot out to 400 yards or plus if need be. It will be on a 7mm. My price range is 200-300 dollars. Basically I want a nice clear scope that lets in enough light in low light conditions. I am looking at the Burris Fullfield II. Either the 3-9x40 or 3-9x50. The 3-9x50 is 300 i think. I am also looking at the leupold VX1. Same size scope is the same price i think. Which scope is better for the money or do you guys know of another scope that is better in that price rrange? Also should I get the 3-9x50 or 3-9x40. I was told the 3-9x50 will bring in a lot more light. Please help guys. I just want my rifle to be long shooting gun! Thanks, Dennis

Hey all, Looked at all three scope this week and to be honest the leupold looked the clearest to me. The buckmaster came in third for clearness. The thing is the guy at cabelas said the nikon is the best scope of the 3 and thats what I am hearing from most people. To me the leupold just looked clearer but no one has recommended the leupold so I am just confused. I dont know what to do to make my decision. I realy want the BDC tohugh and Im not sure if Leupold has it.

I was there this weekend and pulled small buck out of there Friday. It was a tough hunt.

So you guys really think that nikon buckmaster is that good of a scope? I didnt know they compared to them. Man i need help. You guys made it even harder for me to make a choice now! What should be my ultimate decision

BIGBUGPETE posted a topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
Ok guys im looking to buy a new rifle that i can take long shots at coues with. Possibly 400+ yards. Either a .270 or 7mm. Im also looking for one that will be able to take down elk from maybe 200 yards. Basically i want an all around rifle that is very flat shooting and very accurate. Which rifle would be better? I really want a long shooting deer rifle. Help me guys! -

ok guys i appreciate the help! im going to get her the pad and the recoil bullets. I wont let her shoot farther than 200 yards so the bullets will still be effective. -

shes about 5 ' 6 and weighs about 135. Im thinking of getting her the recoil pad and only having her shoot the managed recoil rounds. The gun is mainly for me but i want her to use it for her deer hunt! I figure the managed recoil ammo and the recoil pad she should be able to handle it. Also i will never let her shoot standing up so idk if that makes a difference most likely she will shoot at all times sitting down. -

Ok guys im goin with the 7mm. How much does a muzzle break cost? Also what kind of recoil pad would you guys recomend? Walmart sells a limbsaver one that says it reduces up to 80% recoil. Should i get something like that or one she actually puts on her shoulder? -

Ok guys I really appreciate all the input and im almost 100% sure im going to get the remington 770 in the 7mm. The only thing that is holding me back is that one of my goodfriends said that the 7mm hits harder than the 30-06 and that my girlfriend can not handle it. Sorry to keep asking questions guys but do you guys think an .06 kicks back harder than a 7mm?? Any aadvice thanks guys! Oh ya by the way the gun only cost 290 dollars after the 50 dollar mail in rebate and its alredy bore sighted with scope. Not a bad deal! -
