The ACE hardware on Houghton by Rita Ranch has probably the biggest selection of saltwater fishing gear in Tucson but it is nothing like Phx Fishing Supply. Sportsman's also has some. Catalina Marina is now closed and they had a good saltwater fishing room. There also was a fishing/archery shop but he closed down 3 - 4 years ago. Most serious guys are now getting almost all of their stuff online.

after 2 days of getting up at 4:00 AM to chase big, long bearded thunder chickens, my daughter got it done just outside of camp Saturday afternoon. 8.5 inch beard at 18 yards. hopefully the two BIG birds we saw make it through to next year.

I do a little more salt water fishing than the average guy on this website and you already exceeded my pay grade. I would suggest you do some research on bloody decks. I am guessing this question has been asked numerous times on there before and salty old fisherman get a little tired of answering the same questions. Good luck. for the Non - Golfers, an ASU Alum won the Boston Marathon today. It is the first time in 33 years that an American woman won the race.

ASU softball vs zona this weekend in Tempe. G Juarez is one of the best pitchers in the PAC12 if not the country. She was 1 - 1 last weekend against Oregon. First game she gave up 5 runs but in the second game she got a shut out.

Casey, there is a thing called a DVR. You ever heard of it? I guess not. I have a friend that is a USC alum. He lives in New York. He DVRs their football games and watches them on Sunday morning. That is the difference between a FAN and a wannabe. Lance, yes it was not a good weekend for ASU baseball or softball. Baseball got swept by #2 Stanford and softball dropped 2 of 3 against #5 Oregon. Jon Rahm won the Spanish Open for all the ASU golfers on here. BAHAHA
