Several big 4x4 mules, were pushing does hard in 36 A , glassed 30+ whitetail does per day , not even spike trying

36 A Well just got back , from my Dec hunt . 7 days , 17 miles on boots , through the mountains, covered the East and West mountain ranges , plus the flats . My eyes are burnt from glassing ! Normal day of 30 does , 4 to 8 illegals and 2 groups of heavy backpackers ! I believe, we have moved into scouts on American side , helping with passage , definitely not hunters ! 7 days saw one 75” buck and 6 spikes

My thoughts ! For every illegal entering the country, we send back an American jacked up on their drugs ! Mexico should build a resort for drug rehab and when they’re clean , they can return.

We focused on the far West side of 36 , talking with BP , green product is very slow coming across , mostly speedy Gonzalez with fentanyl. Green stuff is legal and very available in Az , so why carry 40 # of green Yes that crazy with military training of no light flights and all the drones in October hunt . But I felt safer this year , then most . Finally went and saw the boarder wall What a joke ! I was blown away Boarder wall would run 3/4 of mile and there would be a 30’ of void space for wildlife to go into Mexico and back . Every wash for water flow , had opening , from Az/ Mexico . Illegals had no problem, walking in . I think everyone, needs to see it . Grass was crazy high and made it very difficult to glass ! Very easy to disappear and shoot prone , for long shots But over all , it was a great hunt this year

I have spent countless hours glassing for game or just sitting in a tree stand or a blind for 20 or so years ,I have seen elk mating , to a bear come right passed me glassing, well I was taking power nap and scared 2 days of food out of me .I glassed up a 2 poachers shooting a doe deer during archery season and used my spotting scope to get a license plate number and called game & fish 800 line and got a check in the mail 3 weeks later, that paid for my scouting trips. I have also glassed up hunters and hikers doing things that,I didn’t want to watch and some doing things that made it hard to not watch , I sure they had no idea , big brother was watching them high above, I was jst wondering ,if I’m the only one who see’s weird things out there and have had close calls with animals upfront during glassing times . I would like to hear, what else others have seen.

Like mentioned! Bring 2 spares and full time mechanic and parts delivery guy ! Drive tell you see 10 trucks parked , there will be big buck spotted there . I found cameras , where checked daily on water holes , to help with frustration not glassing up deer and if a good buck , hit a tank , in past 4 hours . That area , would be pounded with spotters . If I had tag this year and the water availability. I would save my gas and wear and tear on my vehicle! Cover the country , stop and glass , stop and glass . Mentally and the most frustrating hunt you will ever be on ! Weather can be brutal , being stuck in the snow , mud or broken down , alone and off the grid ! Your worst nightmare!!!! Positive note - Greatest tag you can get , biggest bucks you will ever see and best memories of a life time . I think with out cameras , hunting the 13s will be greatest show on earth again

Any big camps going on in 36 B , like the old days ? I will be rolling in Wednesday night ! All be on Westside of unit . Shoot straight, going to be a good year
