Well dang! I guess I will leave my sentlock, GPS, range finder, treestand, trail cams, binos, tri pod, RADIOS, rifle, game calls, decoys and truck all at home on feature hunts. I wouldn’t want to be unethical by any means. When I’m standing at the pearly gates I want in! I guess I just use a loin cloth and my hickory bow.

I know its kind of late, not season and all but I am new to the forum and I thought I would share a pic I found of last December.

Im just jealous I cant find a way to make my city boy pay check and live in my favorite unit.

Whats wrong with a little "city folk" competion? I would rather bring home a nice city folk pay check and enjoy the outdoors.

Molino and Sycamore Basins are great areas. Make sure to get a trail map take the trails out. Do your homework and some scouting goes along way. Unit 33 has alot of hunters so have on some hunter orange. Good luck

Simply Amazing!

The GSP is 3 1/2 years old, I have had some help training from Terry Bostic at Bird Dog Kennels. I just got my dog back from Terry last saturday! What did you think of his training? He had my dog for two months and she still needs another two months he says. At 500 a month I think I might get a second opinion. Dont get me wrong... I think he is a very intelligent man and he knows what he is doing. Im just not sure how often my dog was worked and I feel kind of cheated.

This pisses me off!!! If we were to cross onto there land and point our guns and shoot at there people it would be all we see on CNN! Our governor is busy watching the Phoenix Mercury play.

Both dogs look good! How old is the GSP? I have a 3 year old female that I will be looking to breed in a year or so. If I can find a male worthy. Do you train your dogs yourself?

Hi all, Well I have been checkin out the site of the past week or so and just now have the chance to post. About me: I pretty much started hunting a few years ago so I still have a lot to learn. I hope by being here I can absorb as much information as I can and get to know each one of you. I have a few successful hunts under my belt but unfortunately not able to bring in a whitetail. YET! I am pretty much self taught and that is scary. I have hunted Elk, Mule Deer, Dove, Quail and just started Duck Bustin last year. I was able to get drawn for Cow Elk in unit 1, 2b and 2c. And for the first time I was drawn for whitetail in unit 23. I have never hunted unit 23 so any info would be appreciated. This looks like a great site with lots of helpful tips. Thanks in advance for all the tips and tricks I will learn here!

Well I go by Birddog because I have a German Shorthair pointer. Theres nothing like havin a dog in the field with you pointing out game.

Homework has already begun! I plan on scouting Cherry creek and Tonto Creek in the next few weeks. I will post pics. I know how much everyone here likes them.
