I dont know man... just my opinion but I think thats your fault. You should have checked out the work for yourself BEFORE you just drop off two antelope and a coues. WOW thats pretty brave. I dont know anyone at Taylor Made and I am not defending them but why call them out. I am sure they make a lot of people happy. and cancel the check? ? ? You may not like it but the work is done... is it not?

    CALLING ALL DEMOCRATS

I think I would rather vote for the guy that was a POW for four years and when given an option to leave he stayed with fellow troops until they came home together and for that reason took a beatting and not someone who will NOT SOLUTE OUR COUNTRYS FLAG. NUFF SAID!

    GSP trainer

Thanks Ed! I will give Tony a call.
  11. Does anyone here know of a good trustworthy dog trainer? I am pretty new to the Phoenix area and I am looking for a trainer relatively close. I have a GSP that I got back after two months of training with someone and I did NOT get my moneys worth. I am pretty disappointed about the situation because I wanted a dog I could hunt with this year. The “trainer” (I don’t know how he can call him self that) told me at first it would take two months tops. After the two months he then told me it would take two to three more months to get her to a point to where I could hunt with her.??? The last two weeks he had her he called and said she is gun shy. I would think if he was working her the entire time he would have told me she was gun shy in the first two weeks instead of the last two weeks. I would like to take her to a trainer and have the trainer evaluate her and see where I could go from there.

  16. I took an elk from about 300 to 325 yards with my 7mm. It didnt take another step. I love not havin to track . My wife is 5.6 and 110 pounds and I know for sure she cant handle it. you can always put a bipod on it in the feature if money is tight.

    I'm out

Some of you may disagree but I think it is hard enough here in Arizona to hunt deer and yet we pile on each other over using radios. Now I’m pretty sure we can all agree twenty men scattered all over a mountain side with radios and one guy with a bow is pretty ridiculous. I use radios when I go out. Maybe I am less of a hunter than some of you. I hit the mountains hard and on foot. I may travel seven to ten miles up and mountains. Between four of us there might only be two tags so we normally split up in two groups so that one tag will be in each group. Now let me get this right because I have only been hunting for a few years, if I see a group of deer with a few nice bucks it is unethical for me to let my buddy know that is in the same canyon via radio? How about if we are on the same hill side twenty feet apart, can’t see each other and he lets me know over the radio he sees a buck. Is that unethical? How about if we are side by side and he is having fun and tells me over the radio he sees the buck of a lifetime rather than just telling me? Is that unethical? When I get home tonight I will plop down on the couch and try to get my hunting fix by watching the outdoors channel. I’m pretty sure I will see someone at some point “checkin the feeder” or worried about the best way to get to his tree stand sitting over a food plot in the winter. Wouldn’t that be unethical? And yet tomorrow when I get to work I will check the forum and have you in my ear about how I don’t “measure up” to you as a hunter. Wow! Maybe we all should be watching Redbeard. Bottom line is I enjoy hunting and I will enjoy taking my son out this year for his first hunt. Unethical to me would be breaking a law to harvest your game. If the way I was radios is unethical so be it. To each his own!
