    2025 Archery DIY

Hello, and I know this is a lot to ask, but Iโ€™m coming out from Oklahoma to archery hunt Coues in January and just trying to see if someone could please message me and point me to some good spots to try and get my coues or javelina. I'm not looking for a guide as Iโ€™m a DIY traditional archery guy and will be taking my longbow and probably a compound as a backup. I lost my pops back in June and am going after one of each of as many of the species in North America in his name. Coues is next on my list. Iโ€™m not looking for a monster, just a good opportunity at a buck. I was thinking about hunting down around Arivaca since itโ€™s in 36. I have a tag for javelina in the 36 units, so any info there would be a blessing too. Just being out there will be a blessing. God bless!
  6. Hello everyone and thank you for allowing me in this group! The information in here has been great! We are from Oklahoma and my son who is in the Air Force is gonna come hunt with me in January and looking to get some leads on good areas for Coues. We shoot trad archery but may bring compounds just in case. We drew 36 for javelina so we will most likely focus on this areas. Any help would be greatly appreciated and would be willing to trade an Oklahoma whitetail hunt in the future for good intel!
