Would you rather see a handsom young man or my ugly old beat up cowboy look. Thanks about the deer Geoff

I worked all weekend and promised to take my son out for the afternoon. Jake and I left the house about 3:00. We were allowed to cross a friend of a friends property to public land. I had a over the counter tag 20 minutes from my house with open site 30-06. 150 yard shot dropped in its tracks and was home by 7:30. The property owner helped us get the deer back to the truck, we figured it to be around 230 lbs., 26.5” wide 24” tall, not bad for a quick afternoon. Wow

I am interested in the bracelet at the top right corner. Please shoot me an e-mail with the details. Thank you Geoff

The wood is Macassar Ebony no question about it. the metal looks like a cold dip process. I have a guy here in Colorado that can put metal on almost anything. here is his information, he might be able to help you with this product in AZ. Boulder Metal Coat Inc. Steve Tattershall 3932 Stoney Drive Laffayette CO 80026 steve@bouldermetalcoat.com 303-641-0003 www.bouldermetalcoat.com Good luck and shoot me an e-mail if you need any other help. Cowboy Geoff

Great photos, and I wonder why it took me so long to move up here. Yes I miss the desert and the little deer, but the walleye are starting to hit, and every weekend is your vacation.

New Rigs??? Archery season is coming!
Cowboy replied to Coues 'n' Sheep's topic in Bowhunting for Coues Deer
What woods are you putting in the handle/riser? I split a chunck of crotch walnut and inserted an 1/8" maple core, then chopped it up and inlayed a series of maple and red color core. The limbs ar cross banded maple with japanese bamboo face and back. Please feel free to shoot me a pm and I will send pictures of the project. Best regards Geoff -

Just got done glueing the bamboo on to the face and back of the new longbow I'm building, when I get her completed I will send some photos. She should be very fast (for old school). This will be my new shooter this year for all the OTC tags I can pick up -
Go old school. I have shot Snuffers for over 30 years. They don't break, they fly great, you can sharpen the back side (this is for us traditionalists), and you can sharpen them easly. I have shot them through compounds (when I was a tecno geek) I shoot them through my recurve and long bow. They fly great. I have got lots of meat elk, deer, lopes, and stink rats (javies) over the years. last years elk traveled about 65 yrds. Any fixed blade will work as long as you practice and keep them sharp. Congradulations on the taggood luck on the elk hunt. I think I'll buy an OTC again this year. Good luck all Geoff

I had seen this on H&R's website. I was wondering about any aftermarket barrel avalibility. With all of the combined knowlage and great people out there (ok thats all of the sucking up I can do) I am sure that someone should be able to stear me in the right direction. Thanks Geoff

My kids shoot H&R Topper youth shotguns. I know that I can get 357, or 44 mag barrels for these guns, anyone have any ideas about rifle barrel avalibility for thes guns? If someone has a clue please let me know. Thanks and best holiday wishes to all of you Geoff

Why do you think the Wiperes and the Walleye grow so big in Cherry Chreek Reservoir. Geoff -
What I pass on to all of my employees, and kids. In any conversation with anyone at any time about anything as soon as you hear "Just or Only" it is already to late; (you have been screwed) If my aunt had a $%*# she would be my uncle Cowboy

I am base out of Longmont, for a cool day trip other than the standard Estes Park drive try going into Fort Collins and up the Pouder Canyon up to Steamboat. You have the chance to see deer, elk, bighorns, and moose. You could spend $14.00 on a day fishing license and you would be driving past some of the premier blue ribbon waters in the world. You dont have to be a purist flyfisherman take a lightweight spinning outfit and Z-rays, or Panther Martins I have to fly out on Sunday afternoon for a job or I would offer to take you. Give me a PM shout today and I'' get you my contact info If you want some other ideas. Geoff AKA Cowboy
