It means Shawn Wagner gets a hall pass since he's a nice friendly guy...

My bad, I misunderstood. I think wyo has alot alot more over the counter options than AZ does.

Welcome to the site and great pix! What goat tag were you lucky enough to draw?
-
A buddy and I snuck within 55yds of this buck and 15 of his does using my Montana decoy and it folded up nice and neat and fit nicely in my pack when it was over.

I couldn't agree more. I never understood why us truck drivers are put in a class of our own like we're from another planet and don't deserve to be on the road. Sure there are alot of horrible drivers out there, but if you look at a majority of truck drivers driving records you won't find a blemish on them. I also think that people don't realize that truck drivers are the backbone of our industrial country, without them you wouldn't have a nice roof over you and your families head, have the shoes your walking in, or the food in your babies mouth and the list is never ending. As far as the FedEx driver, how do we know he didn't lose his breaks at some point or some other unforseen thing. That's how I see it. This wreck along with all wrecks are unfortunate and my prayers go out to all involved.

This is a buck I picked up while shed hunting south of the GC a few years ago. I found the buck two days after my grandfather passed away and has alot of sentimental value to me. I am still in disbelief that I found this buck. The area I found him gets hammered with anter hunters every year. The day was a slow day, I hadn't found a single antler in an area where I usually do really well, so it was a frustrating day up to that point to say the least. I decided to take a break and I looked up to the clear blue sky and asked gramps for a little help And that he did. After my short break I hit a fencline and decided to follow it. About a 1/4 mile or so I found where a giant bull had jumped the fence it looked like two days before or so. I began to track the bull. While on his track I noticed some chalky bones about 20yds away under a Pinon so I headed over to investigate. When I turned the tree I couldn't believe what I found. A day I will never forget, it was an amazing day to be in the woods and I got to say goodbye to gramps. Gramps' buck is a 7x8 with double droptines, the kicker off the back is nearly 11" long, it only has a 160" frame and with trash scores 181" and has 29 1/2 inside spread. Even though the buck is not high scoring it truly is a find of a lifetime for me.

Is the top bull mounted at sportsman's warehouse in phx?
-
Thanks for all the comments! Chris at Mount-n-view included it in the cost of the mount, not sure what he would charge to restore just the antlers.
-
Ya the antlers where chalk, so they needed to be completely restored and stained. The Cape I used is off an old buck I killed with my bow last January from the same unit, it worked out well.

Way cool, does the deer she'd have a bullet hole?
-
I have owned a ford powerstroke, dodge power wagon, and now I own a lifted '08 tundra. The ford and the Dodge were great trucks but my tundra rides a 100x smoother than both trucks and has by far way more room than the other two. As far as power goes the tundra has plenty of power for me and tows great. I loved my power wagon but will never buy another dodge because of the unfixable death wobble.

Awesome little quad, shouldn't last long.
-
I'll take where are you located?
-
Congrats on the tag and welcome to the sight! A great starting point would be right at Williams behind the golf course and start scouting from there, a ton of people but plenty of elk as well. Good luck!

I would call game & fish, I would think they could help with the situation being that they are a threat to life and property.
-
Way cool! That's what it's all about, congrats and thx for sharing.
